The ingredients in this Male Optimization supplement are intriguing. I love that they’re made from grass-fed and pasture-raised cattle in Australia and New Zealand. However, my skeptical nature questions if they actually do what’s claimed, though I feel it’s worth further research.The one thing I really don’t like about this product is that you have to take 6 capsules every day. Ugh. I’m lucky I don’t have trouble taking handfuls of supplements, but six seems a lot on an ongoing basis.However, they’re easy-to-swallow and really have no aftertaste at all, so if I do start to notice toward the end of the bottle, I may order them again.

The bottle comes about half full. If used as directed it will last one month. I would rather they use a smaller bottle or put two months' worth of product in it.And yes, that one month is correct even though there are 180 capsules in the bottle; you're supposed to take six each day.The "best by" date on mine is Nov 2026, so about 2.5 years from now.They smell probably as you would expect, which made me hesitant to take them at first. I let them sit on my tongue so I could let you know how they taste, and they do taste about how they smell. The good news is that it doesn't last after you swallow them (especially if you chase them with a gummy supplement =), which is easy to do with water.I like that these are not only grass-fed, but grass-finished. And I like that the bottle says non-GMO and GMP-certified. I also look on my supplement bottles for 3rd-party tested and Made in USA. These are "from New Zealand and Australia," but the product page says they are Made in the USA. The product page also says they are tested in the USA, but it doesn't specify if it's by a 3rd party.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am also starting to exercise again, so am looking forward to seeing a boost in energy from these.I also like that there is a number on the lid that you can call or text for either free support or to use their money back guarantee - which is nice, since Amazon does not allow returns on supplements.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.
