Fits TI-84 Plus CE calculator
This replacement battery fit in our daughter's TI-84 Plus CE calculator. This particular model is known to throw error codes secondary to a bloated battery. The codes erased upon changing to this battery. Our daughter realized that Texas Instrument will send you a replacement battery one time at no charge because of the known issues. As a result, I returned this battery before using as free sounded better to me.

Quick fix
We have only had the battery for a week, but it fit my daughters ti-84 plus CE python calculator and great value versus buying a new calculator. Installing was super as my teenager installed it.

low cost to make calculator works again.
the original calculator cannot work due to the bad battery. But this one for little cost and make the calculator works again. Have to complaint that Texas Instruments original battery is of such low quality.

Works as described but packaging is concerning
It works as expected but the packaging is concerning for a lithium ion battery it was just 1 cardboard box and the battery in a plastic bag luckily I live in a small town and did a bulk Amazon order so it was boxed with other items keeping it safe

Use this everyday needed a new battery for mine after I bought it but has been perfect ever since.

It came charged
This battery came fully charged, which was a bit of a surprise. In my experience the unfamiliar brands of lithium ion batteries are very risky to buy. Many times they come fully discharged, and it damages this type of battery when they are kept fully discharged for prolonged time. Often they do not charge at all and I end up having to return and try a different brand. This one looks a bit cheaper than the original but it fits perfect and works perfectly. It has the same part number as the original that came in my calculator, but as the description indicates, it is higher mAh so it will last longer between charges.

Came Dead and wouldn't charge. Do not recommend to anyone.
