The price to quality ratio is completely out of whack. The resistance never felt natural, and every movement after some time felt jarring and awkward instead of fluid. It’s not the kind of equipment that feels natural over time. You’re constantly aware of it, and usually in a bad way. The door strap system is a pain. It breaks your rhythm and feels like a hack instead of a real solution. Setting up anything beyond very basic movements is annoying and kills the flow of a workout. The accessories are another issue. They’re framed as optional, but they’re basically required if you want to do anything other than standing, in-place pulls. By the time you add what you actually need (in my case, I got the bench) you’re in for over $900. At that price, this should feel solid and versatile. It doesn’t. It feels compromised and underwhelming. Thinking about what I paid honestly makes me sick, and charging that much for this level of performance feels borderline unethical. I’m done with it and eating the cost at this point. This isn’t premium gear. It’s an overpriced, awkward system that doesn’t justify its cost. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not smooth at all can not get a great workout if the was under $99.00 it would be one thing but over priced .
