A pain relief with a fantastic scent
I found this a few years back when I was in the US. It is handy because it cools the head and the smells is soothing if ypu are nauseous at all.A must along with ibuprofen. It helps release the tension in the neck, shoulders, and when rubbed on the temples, it releases pressure behind the eyes.

Compact bottle, but smells really strong, so best to use this only while at home. Didn't really work the first time i used it, however breathing in the menthol scent did take your mind off the migraine.

I seriously thought this was going to be a failed experiment, but I was wrong. It does work. When I catch a migraine coming on early, and apply it right away to the back of my neck (on the side where the migraine is located), the bone behind the ear, and the temple, I can continue to function and not have to lie down for hours. If I wake up with a migraine, which happens the majority of the time, pairing it with my Nurtec helps to shorten the length of the migraine from 8-12 hours to more like 3-4. My husband used it for a sinus headache, and turned to me after only a couple of minutes to say he felt so much better. I have skin irritation when exposed to lavender, so I really appreciate that this is one of the few migraine sticks that is lavender free. I will be carrying this with me everywhere from now on.
