Not too small or big
30 seconds microwave and quick relief. Had a nice light lavender scent. Perfect for neck or hold on face with just enough weight to stay put. Soft grey cover that can be removed to wash.

Cannot sleep without it.
Very subtle wafts just the right amount not overpowering. I place it next to my bed pillow under the covers when I get into bed. Stays just the right temp for a good while. Very, VERY well made. Pretty color. Incredibly soft cover. Overlap could be just a bit more generous. Definitely buying a backup.

Love the flexibility for localized heat treatment
This is a great product for the value. I like its flexibility in providing localized heat treatment as it shapes around the contours of the muscles targeted for heating. Its portability is another added advantage. I heat it in microwave for 2 minutes and it retains its heat for about 15 minutes.

Conveniently sized heating pad
Very soft fabric on this sturdy heating pad. It is a convenient size and weight and fragrant with each heating in the microwave. Very helpful for muscle aches.

Not what I expected
Soothing but doesn't remain hot long enough. Terrible scent but it seems to be wear off with each use. Not very durable. Always heated for 2 minutes in microwave. A hole has now developed in the sack and the seeds are coming out. Past the cutoff point so I'm unable to return for a refund.
