Used to install lights on my new patio/deck. Worked just as described and easy to use.

This is a basic socket for driving things like cup hooks that don't fit any other sort of adapter. It's basically just a nut driver with a slot cut across it. This particular one is far from perfect. The slot is not evenly cut. One side is cut deeper than the other on both pieces in this set so it seems like an issue with how the machining is setup. One of the items actually has a piece of extra metal left in the slot and painted over, like it was not fully cut out. They both still work fine for their intended use. They fit a standard chuck with no issue and will not be used for high torque applications so I doubt the imperfections will cause any real issues. As long as the price it right compared to the competition, these are a good buy.

so many uses for these, wow, you should have them in your toolbox for sure. my main use it for installing eye hoods and cup hooks and they work fantastic
