I love having this manuka honey. I don't know about health benefits because I'm not a blood scientist, but I absolutely enjoyed consuming this little by little. I would take just a little squirt every couple days. Super easy to use with the container it's in.

I started using Manuka honey while working in New Zealand. It's their go-to treatment for a cough or cold, and it works very well for that purpose. In my experience, especially for a sore throat, it shortens the duration compared to when I don't use it, which is the primary reason I buy this. This honey is an acquired taste. It definitely has a traditional honey taste, but with a little bit of beeswax flavor mixed in. Also, this has a more granular consistency than traditional honey. Finally, this is very expensive compared to a Honey Bear bottle at the supermarket, but that is the wrong comparison. This has more substantial health benefits and should be judged accordingly. You should compare it against other real Mankua hoey from New Zealand.

I love this honey. It tastes great, has medicinal value for sickness, and it is very helpful for skin. Often use it to spot treat irritated skin patches (super sensitive skin) or even acne blemishes to speed up healing. Find it also is very helpful for cold and cough specifically. It is pricey, but it has multiple uses and I find it tasty and helpful.

Use daily, mostly in my coffee. Also use on cuts etc. works wonders.
