ARGENDON Dehumidifier for Crawlspace and Commercial 5-Year Limited Warranty

Powerful! Best dehumidifier I ever had, by a mile. Within a couple days, my 650 sq ft basement reached my goal of 50-55% humidity. Before this dehumidifier, it was 75%. I tried other residential dehumidifiers, which totally didn’t work. This one is great. Well worth the money if you have serious humidity issues in a large open space. Seller (Argendon) had excellent customer service. I contacted them when the Merv filter for the dehumidifier arrived dented. They resolved the issue quickly. CONS: It’s doesn’t tell you the humidity level in the air. I bought a hygrometer for less than $10. Honestly, you can feel the difference in the air but I like to keep track. Not eligible for the ENERGY STAR REBATE = My electric company denied my rebate, saying this model (Shield 35M) isn’t listed on the Energy Star government website “Product Finder”. Sadly, I confirmed that is true. Not sure why it says energy-star certified in the ad.P If applying for an energy star rebate is important to you, consider the Argendon 35P model instead.

IT has been working fine and is lot quieter then my old unit

We were skeptical on buying this because of the price but we are so glad we did!! Completely removed the smell of mildew that was coming from our crawl space in just a couple weeks - could tell a difference within a couple days! Highly recommend and is SO EASY to install.

This unit dehumidified my basement for 1.5 years without fail, before it started leaking out of the feet. I went online and filled in the online warranty form. I was contacted by email within 24 hours with a ticket number. The email requested photos of the installation, our mailing address, and asked if we were comfortable changing the water pan (video link was sent with instructions). Replied to their email with requested info. and was shipped a new water tray right away. The tray arrived and we replaced it, though there was nothing obviously wrong with the tray that was in the unit. It's been running again without issue for a week, but I've set it inside a shallow pan with a water sensor alarm so that if it decides to drip water everywhere again, at least nothing will get damaged. I give this company 5 stars for service!!

The ARGENDON dehumidifier works exactly as promised. It quickly reduced moisture in my crawlspace and keeps the air much fresher. Very quiet and efficient, with no issues so far. Easy to recommend if you need something reliable for tough spaces like basements or crawl areas.

Turned on then went into power light blinking. Have reached out to customer service with no response. Now trying to work with Amazon to see if they can help. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I am not one that spends this much money if it did not work after water got into my basement.. I read a recipe that suggested this with and industrial fan along with odorant for the smell. Beat review I have ever read and works like a charm. I was shocked to see the moisture this pulls and keeps the smell out of my space! I highly recommend!
