Good Machine with two flaws
For the price point of 12.5 k it's a really effecient and good washing machine. I found 2 problems which i think the company can fix. First the top lid is really cheap quality although the whole machine is of decent quality,i mean what does it take just to put some better lid . Secondly the wash is great but the drying is insufficient ,it does not dry the clothes very well that should be fixed.rest all is good.

Worst washing machine
Worst product that I have ever purchased. It’s really surprising that after spinning water remains in the clothes. What the use of purchasing such worst product. Don’t buy it. My opinion is that the mistake that I have done by purchasing the product, the same should not be repeated by the other purchaser. The customer care unit is also reluctant to provide proper service and try to mislead.

It is taking more than 3 hours to wash clothes.Customer service very Bad..Technician jabargasti happy ka OTP mangta hai voltas office se Phone aata hai to residual ke naam per OTP lete Hain bolate Hain kal senior technician ko bhej denge ek hafta Ho Gaya abhi tak Koi aaya nahin.picture Maine share ki Hai usmein itni hi kapde dhulne mein 3 ghante ka samay lag raha hai electricity bil Ja Raha Hai is tarah ki washing machine chalane Se achcha hai ki isko Apne Se dhul liya jaaye.
