This is probably one of the most comprehensive daily vitamin packs I've come across. Instead of everything being crammed into one or two tablets, each day's serving comes in an individual packet containing several different pills: 3 capsules, 1 softgel, and 3 tablets. I really like the packet system. There's no sorting supplements or opening several different bottles every morning, and it's particularly convenient for travel since you can just grab however many daily packets you need. The formula itself is extremely extensive. It covers the usual vitamins and minerals but also includes omega fatty acids, digestive enzymes, amino acids, herbs, plant ingredients, and a large fruit and vegetable blend. Some of those extras are present in fairly small quantities, so I wouldn't buy this specifically to replace dedicated supplements, but it makes for an unusually broad all-in-one daily formula. With this one, haven't had any issues with quality. No weird stuff going on with taste or quality. There is a tradeoff to that comprehensiveness: seven pills per day is a lot. If you dislike swallowing pills, this probably isn't the multivitamin for you. Personally, I prefer having the ingredients divided among several pills rather than trying to make one enormous tablet do everything. At $59.99 for 30 daily packets, it works out to about $2 per day. That's expensive compared with a basic multivitamin, but it's also trying to replace several different types of supplements and packages each day's serving individually. Overall, I like the concept. It's a very comprehensive supplement regimen packaged into a convenient grab-and-go daily packet, as long as you're comfortable taking several pills at once. I honestly will probably switch to this approach after I go through my current multivitamins.

I was impressed by a lot of features of this vitamin complex. Inside the jar are individually wrapped sets of 7 capsules each, showing that there is a lot of content in each dose. The supplement facts panel on the jar is very comprehensive, showing the many nutrients provided. I took each pill one at a time and was pleased by the coating or capsule for each of them - not one had any ill taste or flavor, and they all seemed to slide down my throat easily, even with the large size capsules. I did not experience any side effects and felt that I did have a little more energy from the one day and one dose consumed. I did note that there is a warning about Niacin sensitive people, and I am one of them. It showed a 10mg niacin dose, and I believe my sensitivity occurs at higher levels, so I did try them anyway and did not have my typical niacin reaction. I did not see the warning when I ordered the vitamins, and decided to try them anyway. I do appreciate the attention to detail to provide that warning. So, in terms of overall perception, I found it a professional grade product with a lot of reported benefits, and personally faced no ill effects from trying a day's dosage. Because they are packaged for daily use, the supplements would be super convenient for men who travel or are constantly on the go…easy to grab what you need for a day or a week, without the tedium of having to fill a special bottle or a compartmentalized container. I chose these vitamins for my husband to try. Unfortunately, he took one look at them and declared they were way too big for him to swallow. He has a small throat and this is a valid concern he always has about supplements. Indeed, all seven of the capsules and tablets are super-sized with their abundant goodness, noticeably larger than all of the other supplements he takes on a daily basis. Now I’m looking for a friend or relative to pass them to because this seems like a quality product, overall. And I must admit a bit of apprehension observing that some of the ingredients are hundreds or thousands of percents higher than the FDA recommendation. While acknowledging sometimes those recommendations seem a little low for realistic human needs, these incredibly high percentages still give me pause.

I held off on this review to get a full experience i normally rotate what supplements I take every other week for my personal goals. The all in one that I normally take is a mens 1 day pack very similar to this one i get it at one of the membership clubs and honestly this seems to be right there with it nutritional amounts are roughly the same side by side, the pills in the packs and even how I feel all around good for me very comparable and I feel good about them. Good boost in my energy, feel clear headed I didnt have any issues/ side effects just good results.
