I bought about 8 of these and 4 out of the 8 didn’t work. The product must be old and dried up because the end of the market tips just pop off due to the pressure of product wanting to come out of small dispenser hole. Don’t waste your money!

This product is terrible. It must be old stock because it is completely dried up when you receive it. The first time I bought it, it was good but now they are offloading rubbish and because I am an international client, the cost to return it is not worthwhile.

I’ve been using this for months, I came over to buy another to see the negative reviews and I’m confused. I did have one that took a lot of clicks to work, but once it’s started, it seems to be the best beard color I’ve used. Where are you putting it that it gets on your clothes? Like you’re only supposed to use enough to cover what you need not color your face. It gets the job done for me, never had it get on my hands or clothes…I feel that the negative reviews are misleading: have you tried any other product that is around 6 bucks. I mean you could just go out and get a permanent marker for that price. It’s cheap it gets the job done and I’ll keep buying it to color my whites in my beard, it works great for that.

I bought two in different times. The brush pop up due to the pressure when I was rotating the other extreme to get the product. I bought the second thinking it was defective. After having the same problem with the second I could say that there's better options out there.

I struggled for half an hour to get the putty out. Finally, the putty pushed the brush out. I had to apply the putty with my hands.

Followed directions. Brush popped off. Put it back, but it wouldn't stay. Made a mess. Glad I used gloves and worked on a paper towel. Also, did apply it to my mustache. I know it's temporary, but only lasted three hours and I didn't eat or drink anything. Expected better from L'Oreal.
