Works great. A much better option for my cigars.

Horrible, non existent customer service. You get the same AI generated emails with no resolution. Calling customer service just has a rep fill out the same email form that AI answers. My issue was the temp controls weren’t working and could not be unlocked.

At first I was very pleased and was excited to get it seasoned and ready because I had a shipment of cigars coming in the mail. I added a new clean sponge in the water bowl and I struggled keeping it at the 70/70 sweet spot. ( 70 degrees & 70% humidity ) it was either to hot/cold with humidity rising and dropping during the day and night. I came across this product called Boveda packs. They have three different humidity packs. I chose the 69%. It’s super to completely level things out to the amount you choose and it will last for 3 mnths without adding any water. I just got one pack and I still had the same issues. I was frustrated and thought I just wasted my money on this humidor. I did more research and learned I didn’t have enough of the packs to my ratio of cigars. I added 3 more for a total of 4 69% packs. I let it run for several hours and I checked on it and the levels were perfect.

There is no way that this humidor will hold 200 cigars as the description says, furthermore, you can't put regular sized boxes like the instructions state. At best you can fit 80-100 cigars, IF you take them out of the box.

Great product, works well

Item received a day late. It was slightly damaged on the top corner of the door with a scratch. (Likely from shipping) From other reviews and images I thought it came with three shelves and the one tray with the built-in hygrometer. I only received two shelves and the deeper tray. It was packaged thoughtfully so I can not blame Needone for the scratch knowing how shipping companies are. (Can't rule them out either but in being fair will not exclusively blame them either). I have it plugged in now with Boveda seasoning packages working on the cedar. It was 75° when I plugged it in, I set the temperature to 65° and it got there in a little over an hour. This was verified with the two Govee hygrometers I added to the unit. Also I have to say this machine is truly whisper quiet. For the most part it is as advertised so far. I don't much care for the small scratch and would have loved the extra shelf. Unfortunately in life we can't always have perfection. That being stated I'm looking forward to finishing the seasoning process and loading it with some sticks. I will be back with an update after I've had time to evaluate this unit in full detail (loaded with sticks). ******************************* Update Added sticks and so far so good. The temperature maintains great as well as the RH. Just recently experienced a heatwave with indexes well above 105° with me being away a couple of those days and no AC running. The temperature maintained within a few degrees while the RH did spike due to the ambient heat. I cooled the space and it was business as usual. So far it has been a solid purchase. I will update again with a long term review in a few months...

Absolute worst!!! Brand new, hygrometer doesn’t work. Customer support is so bad as they’re based in Hong Kong. I’ve been waiting two months for a new hygrometer and they are still not sure when they’ll have it. It’s excuse after excuse. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BUY ANOTHER BRAND
