So far I've received the board. It came via freight but was surprisingly easy. Opened the box and loved it. It's lightweight. Im going to paddle this weekend. I'll update after.***Update- I took my board to VA Beach and paddled Owl Creek to the Inlet... Then paddled The Narrows at First Landing State Park. Overall this board was great! Felt solid, tracked well and was light enough for me to carry and put on top of my car. I'm 5'0 and the only thing Ill get next season is a carry strap.

The board itself works great. My wife used it and it floats/maneuvers well. My 3 star rating has more to do with the aesthetic quality. When you spend $400+ on something you'd expect it to show up looking sharp and new. The paddle had scuffs on it. I'm not sure if this happened in storage, shipping etc but either way, the paddle looked used. I even tried washing the scuffs out and some came out while others were scuffed into the plastic too deeply. If you see the pictures, you'll notice that they aren't huge and they aren't a big deal..but again, buying new you don't expect to have any of that.The other thing you'll notice in my pictures is the red symbol. That is supposed to be solid, according to the online pictures I've seen and verified by their customer service. Mine looks warn, chipped, peeled etc. It isn't peeling at this moment so I'm guessing it the ink was low when printing on this product.. just my guess.I tried contacting customer service through their number...sat on hold sat on hold sat on hold...never was able to reach an actual customer service rep... EXTREMELY frustrating.. I then contacted customer service VIA AMAZON and they were polite and worked with me on a price adjustment. Because the flotation "integrity of the board" wasn't compromised, they were limited in how much they would refund me but it was better than having to return, refund, ship back and then re-order again.All in all... the board works fine but we were aesthetically disappointed. I would have probably given this a 1 star if it wasn't for how helpful their online team was and for them working with me on a price adjustment.

My daughter and I use this to paddle board on our small lake. It works great for our purposes and the price is right, but I have my doubts as to its long term durability due to the foam material it is made from. Great for the price and our use, but not a long term investment board.

Nice soft top board at a decent price. My fave board right now.

Love my new long board! It’s heavy and I can’t carry it long distances but it is made very well and I expect to have it for many many years!
