Great keyboard
I love the weight and feel. Typing on this is addicting. Fun to make your own. I replaced the escape key with the eye of Sauron.

Very nice switch feel and sound
This is the best keyboard I’ve owned. It wouldn’t hesitate recommending this even though there are less expensive alternatives. It’s heavy, keys are smooth and the finishing is flawless. The only improvement might be needed would be maybe a (1) smoothet connection to Via but event that’s pretty painless too once you download the file for the keyboard (2) better alt button+ command button for Mac/Windows use and (3) matching functions key labels that match the Via software

Problems - rectified
***Updated***I received a new keyboard and it works as designed. I swapped out the Gateron Banana Yellow switches for Gateron's Baby Kangaroo 2.0s and the feel and sound has been improved. The stabilizers need a bit of lube to get them sounding less pingy/metallic. Otherwise a great keyboard.***Original Review***The keyboard wouldn't come on when first received. I plugged it up and couldn't use it in cable mode. I let it charge for about 45 minutes and still it had no juice. I decided to plug it into my phone's USB-C charger and it instantly lit up like a Christmas tree. I then moved it right back to the original charger and it remained lit and completely charged.Once charging was completed, I tried to use it but random keys would just get stuck making it completely useless. I then went to update the firmware, hoping that would be a simple fix. The current firmware version was nothing, as in the spot for the firmware version was just blank. I went through the update and tried again and keys still randomly get stuck.I'm typing this on a Q1 Max w/brown switches, which works perfectly but just doesn't sound or feel as good as the little brother. I'm going to order another Q2 Max, in hopes that the other was just an unlucky lemon. I will update this review after receiving the new keyboard.

Great Keyboard! The Click Sounds are truly good!
I got the Linear one after searching a lot. This is one of my Dream keyboard and it feels so good to type on. I really see a good productivity jump as I couldn't stop myself typing on it.Usually on my previous Keychron K2 my typing speeds were 65-70 WPM but on this just in few days I was able to reach 80-85!

Great Quality Keyboard
As described and did not disappoint. Stock alone the sound is nice given the build with a polycarbonate plate, which is what I prefer.Keycaps are doubleshot PBT in KSA profile. I ordered the gateron red which are okay but will be replacing them with a tactile that I prefer. Can be connected via wire, dongle or bluetooth.

Built for quality, but lacks magic
This keyboard has a heavy metal frame, and very hard PBT keycaps, both of which are good things, since it reminds us of keyboards like the Model F keyboard. There's a good chance this keyboard would also be able to last decades without breaking, due to the quality of the components. With double shot lettering, no amount of sweat or fingernails will cause the letters to fade or rub off: another sign of a quality keyboard. The volume knob is also a nice touch. One tradeoff you make with a keyboard like this, is you can swap out the switches. That's great if you want to try pandas, raptors, and various different feels without needing to buy a whole new keyboard. That's important, since this board is an investment, and this will help you get the most out of it. But there's the drawback that the switches will feel a little more wiggly. That's somewhat at odds with the overall aesthetic of rock solid build quality. But I imagine one could find enjoyment out of this, given enough time.My concern is that, being a 65% layout, there really needs to be a good UI for pressing function keys and escape / backtick / tilde. On this keyboard, the function keys need to be held down to type backtick and tilde. However the function keys are too close to the spacebar. They are very uncomfortable for a home row speed typist like myself to use, because I need to crane my right hand a great deal to press them. If you are a hunt and peck style typist, then this shouldn't be an issue for you. But it's a complete deal breaker for me.Why is it a deal breaker? The maker of this board hasn't put much thought into making the key layout customizable. With a 65% board, or any keyboard for that matter where the key layout strays the tiniest bit from the standard ANSI layout, I would expect to see something like the tools that come with Saurer's keyboard converter (for model F / beam spring) that lets me redefine any key to be any other key. There isn't any software I've been able to find that lets me do this for Keychron, which makes me sad. I tried using third party tools that a friend told me will work for most keyboards, but Keychron says they're not compatible with third party tools. That would be fine if they were writing the software themselves, but it would appear that hasn't been completed yet.In the future, I hope Keychron offers a solution for customization. Because then I could work around by difficulties with the function keys, by perhaps programming right-shift to be a function key instead.
