Provides a nice air flow for a fan this small. It is not quiet enough to use in a place like a classroom, library, house of worship, or theater. That’s why I took off one star. It’s fine for me at home on my night table if needed. Very easy to charge and it can run for several hours, depending on which strength you use. It works smoothly and looks good. I think it’s a good value. It’s very sturdy and well made. I would prefer a quieter one though because I got my granddaughter one for college and she said it was too loud for the classroom, but it is perfect for her dorm room. This fan stayed fully charged in a drawer since last summer. I have not needed it until this summer. Fantastic!!

I bought this fan for my trip to Universal Studios Japan and Tokyo DisneySea during the the summer, and honestly, it was a lifesaver. The airflow is really strong, which cooled me down quickly and kept me comfortable all day. I mostly used it on setting 2 or 3, and it lasted three days without needing a recharge. The fan is adjustable, so I could stand it on the table while eating or adjust it around my neck, which was super convenient. The noise level is very minimal; I barely noticed it running. I also really appreciated the safety button in the back to make sure it doesn't turn on while in my backpack. Overall, this fan was one of the best purchases I made for my trip, especially for the hot weather. Definitely a must-have for summer adventures!

Shocking quality. Good air flow. Perfect for a small rv side table to keep air flowing without draining battery. Lasts a while on medium speed.

I bought all three JISULIFE fans—the Neck Fan, Mini Handheld 9S, and Handheld Life 7—to compare them. The Life 7 is my favorite overall. It has great airflow, covers a larger area thanks to the bigger fan head, and is noticeably quieter. The 9S is a little more powerful, but it’s also louder. If you want something super portable, the 9S is still an awesome choice. It’s small enough to fit in a pocket but puts out an impressive amount of airflow. The Neck Fan was my least favorite. It has the weakest airflow, and since the fans sit right next to your ears, the noise gets annoying pretty quickly. Overall, I’d recommend the Life 7 for most people. If portability matters most, go with the 9S.

Overall a great personal fan. Small size and easy to hold or sit on a desk and tilt the head toward you. The only real negative I can say is that is comes with a lanyard to wear around your neck however its not really feasible because as soon as you start walking the fan twists and blows in different directions. Luckily is lightweight and comfortable enough to hold. The different speeds to choose from are great, and on the higher settings it really puts out some strong wind. It does get a bit loud but not too bad. Battery life has been great and charges quick.

Great purchase. Quality product. Powerful and really effective for its size. My one bone to pick is it took some trial and error, at least for me, to figure out how to attach the lanyard as there were no instructions and it wasn't obvious, even after I found the two hidden holes to attach it: On each end of the lanyard is a button (it has the brand name on it) you squeeze to easily release the lanyard from the attachment, then voila! The rest was straight forward. Just put the loops on each attachment through the hidden holes on each side of the base of the fan head, loop over and re-attach to each end of the lanyard by snapping the buttons back in place. You're welcome.

Compact, lightweight fan that has great power and cools you quickly! It charges quickly as well! It can be handheld or rotates to sit on your desk/table as well!! Love this small but powerful fan!

I've had the ultra 2. The Life 9 and the 7 now. To be totally honest the ultra 2 is great just on a level that is both felt and cooling it's very loud. Especially if using indoors. Sounds like a jet engine taking off lol. It's amazing quality all the Jisulife products. As of now. Trying many to suit my needs. I have the hand held 7 it's quiet and can be used hands free. Tabletop or just holding and the larger fan makes a wider air flow. And it's as I mentioned very quiet. For rapid cooling now I just use a portable duster with a slide control just to use on low it's very powerful and has so many other uses and produces a far greater powerful air flow if or when needed. Between the two I'm set for the summer. I've had a misting fan as well a couple actually. But the fans are to weak. And so I have a lil mini spray bottle if in the extreme heat. As to spray my face arms neck then use the fan , conduction cools the area rapidly drawing the heat away from the body. Just seems to be more effective in my opinion. I thought carrying the extra bottle would be a bother but it's really not. I used to worry about the misting fan leaking and would bring an extra bottle anyways and so I got used to it. As I over heat very easy these two are amazing. This life 7 and the portable duster are perfect for me. I suppose just have to find what works for you best. In my experience tho I would absolutely say jisulife fans are the best quality and worth the money. Really just comes down to what works for you and what u enjoy and address willing to spend. I've also a waist fan that clips into my belt and my t-shirt on the outer side of the fan and cools my back when I'm out working on the heat.

The ultimate portable fan for efficiency, durability and battery life. My high expectations from reading other reviews were fulfilled. The LED display showing battery life and fan speed is really helpful. Tip: to attach the lanyard loops to the notches on the side, you need to unclip part of the lanyard before you can fasten the loops. It had me stumped for a while, but the fan works perfectly well without it, of course.
