Tried these mainly for hydration after long days, travelling and warmer weather, and they’ve been surprisingly good. The powder mixes easily with water without leaving loads of clumps at the bottom, and the flavour is much nicer than some electrolyte drinks I’ve tried before. They’re convenient to keep in a bag or take on holiday, to the gym or even after being out in the sun all day. I noticed they helped me feel more refreshed and less dehydrated, especially during hot weather. The sachets are individually packed which makes them easy to carry around, and they don’t take up much space. Sweetness level is reasonable and not overly artificial tasting. Overall, a handy hydration drink mix that’s easy to use and good value if you regularly need electrolytes

These sachets are so handy. I keep them at home for times of sickness or dehydration & they’ve been really helpful. They taste lovely, dissolve easily & are also perfect if you struggle to drink enough water during the day due to a busy schedule or feeling unwell. Really convenient and effective & I’ll definitely keep buying them.

I bought this for my trip to Congo, where the weather was very hot. It really helped me stay hydrated. Easy to mix in water and the taste is light and fruity. Gives good energy when you are tired. Only 4 stars because the sachet is small if you drink a lot, but overall very useful.

Fantastic flavour, easy to mix and good value for money

Tastes really good, like a very diluted squash/cordial. Not massivley salty like other electrolite drinks i've tried. Its a little too early to tell if it will make a difference. But if it tastes good I am more likley to be consistent about drinking it every day.

I am not sure this product works, used to use dioralyte and I think I will go back to that, this for me is a miss and not very cost effective.
