Wonderful toy my son loves it is heavy water proof with light control for better use, stability and versatility.

Boat worked great for my 4 y.o. son. It was easy to control and it's surprisingly fast in the water. He uses it in the pool. Time will tell if it stays water tight but good fun for kids. The battery for the boat lasted a good 20+ minutes, plus it comes with a backup. The remote takes 2 AA batteries (not included).

Great pool toy, Grandson loves it

Gave to my grandson to use in his pool. However he’s used it 1 time and it stopped working . New controller has new batteries and the power batteries are fully charged . Would advise not to buy.

Fun for the pool. Only issue is that the running lights come on after the remote is shut off. Had to disconnect the battery from the boat to stop it. I have two of these and both had the same issue. Other than that, these boats are fun.

I got this boat for my younger son, and he was excited about it the moment he found it on Amazon. It was delivered yesterday and we decided to test it today; it did not disappoint. The boat manoeuvres very smoothly on water, has a good speed, and features bright, colourful lights that look great in action. Both of my sons, ages 9 and 11, had so much fun playing with it. We used it for about 40 minutes, and the batteries in the remote control held up perfectly. It’s still too early to comment on its long-term durability since we’ve got it so recently, but it appears to be well-made and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it has made a great first impression, and I hope it continues to perform just as well over time.

I got these for the kids for the pool. They were great fun for the first day and then they kind of fell apart, but they weren’t very expensive. The kids did love them.

AN HONEST REVIEW OF THE SHARK RC BOAT I recently got my hands on the Shark RC Boat, not for myself directly, but with my nephew in mind for his upcoming visits. Of course, that meant I had to put it through its paces in my backyard pool first! I wanted to get a real feel for how it handles and performs, and I've spent quite a bit of time zipping it around. Here’s my take on this speedy little shark. PROS: * This boat is incredibly fast and a total blast to race! It really gets up and goes across the water, making every run exciting. * I've definitely had a few bumps against the pool walls during my testing, and I'm happy to report that the boat has held up remarkably well with no visible damage. It seems pretty robust. * The addition of an additional rechargeable battery is a huge win. Having two means you always have a backup, which genuinely extends the fun and minimizes downtime while one is charging. * I really appreciate the water-activation safety feature. The propellers won't spin unless the boat is actually in the water, which is a smart design choice, especially if it were to be handled by little ones. * The choice between slow and fast speed modes makes it perfect for anyone, whether you’re a seasoned RC enthusiast or completely new to remote-controlled boats. It allows for a gradual learning curve. * The shark-inspired graphics are vibrant and really catch your eye. It definitely looks cool as it zips across the water. * They include two extra propellers in the box, which is super thoughtful. Propellers can get lost or damaged, so having spares means the fun doesn't have to stop if something happens to the originals. CONS: * Swapping out the batteries is a bit of a hassle. You have to unscrew and take off the boat top, then unscrew the battery compartment cover every single time. The included mini screwdriver isn't the most ergonomic or useful for undoing tight screws. I ended up using my own regular sized screwdriver. * While the boat is marketed as "waterproof," I'm a bit concerned about the lack of a rubber gasket around the battery compartment. I feel that water intrusion is always is a possibility. * Although it does have a reverse function, it’s not very effective. It’s more of a gentle nudge backward than a proper reverse, though you likely won't need it for manoeuvring very often. * The remote control isn't waterproof at all, so you have to be extra careful to keep it away from splashes. A simple hand strap of some sort would have been a great addition to prevent accidental drops. * The instruction manual is pretty basic and doesn't go into much detail. It took me a bit of trial and error to figure out all the functions and controls. RATING: 4/5 * The Shark RC Boat is a genuinely fun and exciting remote-controlled toy. It's best suited for calm waters like a backyard pool or a placid lake, where you can really let it fly. While there are a few minor inconveniences, like the getting to the battery compartment and the non-waterproof remote, these really don't detract from the overall enjoyment. For someone looking for a speedy and engaging RC boat, whether it's for their own enjoyment or as a gift for a visiting nephew, this is a fantastic choice. It's perfect for those warm afternoons spent by the water, offering a good dose of speed, some smart safety features, and a whole lot of fun.

That these boats are Not Brushless still I'm the box

Used twice and now won’t go. Remote on/off switch difficult to move. Bought it as a Xmas gift. Saved it for the summer. Should’ve returned it in Dec.
