Could someone provide the ndc (national drug code) number of these strips?

I looked at the documentation and the vial with the strips, but there was nothing that was specifically identified as the NDC.

Yes, the AgaMatrix Jazz test strips are compatible with the Kroger Premium Blood Glucose Monitoring System.

Are these compatible with the cvs health advanced bluetooth glucose monitor, manufactured by agamatrix?

I do not believe that they are. The CVS test straps have a notch in them where r the Jazz do not. I caution that there are 2 different CVS bluetooth iterations. I could be totally wrong. I have version one. You're better off buying a Jazz meter. The app is much better than the CVS meter. More comprehensive and you can send records from the app to your physician or endocrinologist. Plus, it's small.
