I’ve tried several protein powders over the years, and this OWYN Pro Elite Chocolate has honestly been one of the better tasting ones. The chocolate flavor is smooth and enjoyable without tasting overly artificial or overly sweet. Mixed with almond milk, it blends really well and makes a creamy shake that is easy to drink. One of the biggest positives for me is that it is not chalky and doesn’t leave that unpleasant aftertaste that many protein powders have. It also gives me a nice steady boost of energy and keeps me feeling full longer without feeling heavy. Pros: * Great chocolate flavor * Mixes very well with almond milk * Smooth texture * No chalky taste * No weird aftertaste * Gives good energy * High protein and plant based Keeps me feeling full for many hours Cons: * The scoop tends to be buried all the way at the bottom of the container, which is messy and annoying to dig out * The powder itself is very light and can “poof” into the air easily when scooping or pouring Overall, I would definitely buy this and have it on subscribe and save. The taste and texture alone make it stand out from many other protein powders, and the nutrition profile is excellent. Small packaging annoyances aside, it’s a really solid product.

Protein powder is a tough buy. I've tried a ton of them over the years, and very few have lived up to the hype in their promotional info. Most are in the "okay" category, but I never bought twice. Some I've had to mix with something else to get past their idea of "delicious". I mean, do they even try their own product? Taste is only one part of the equation and, for me, only comes into play once the ingredients are right. OWYN passes the test. No sugar (they use monkfruit), two net carbs, 30g protein, the amino acids, and low saturated fat. Plus, with 27 servings at roughly the same price point as many competitors who offered about 20 servings, that prompted me to try it. I give this product five stars for the overall quality and taste, but I will say it is not the best tasting chocolate protein powder I've ever had. It's good, though I think there are a couple of brands that are slightly better but they have more sugar. So, it's a balance. I continue to buy OWYN because of all the reasons stated, and I also buy others. I like a little variety.

And then I woke up...boo! :D This is my favorite protein powder, although it isn't whey, which is supposed to be better. It doesn't make me feel weird like whey. I also like the chocolate flavor the best with OWYN. Not gritty at all, unlike those other ones and I definitely feel fuller. Normal shakes are fine, and I use it like that. But I also add it into some plain greek yogurt (get good quality brand and it isn't as tangy), dethawed frozen berries, some oat milk to thin it out and maybe a touch of honey...super good dessert/snack. The only powder I get now. GET YOURS NOW AND GET JACKED LIKE MEEEEEE!!!!1!

Taste great, mixes well but the taste and texture isn’t consistent from container to container

Okay, this is not necessarily a bad protein powder. It has vitamins, probiotics, it’s non-gmo, is gluten free, and has zero sugar. It is smooth don’t get me wrong, but that’s where the pros end. It tastes absolutely REVOLTING, I don’t sip protein shakes either, I always chug them. This I can hardly even chug, every time I have I had to fight the urge to vomit for 2 or 3 minutes. Giving this a 1 star review because I can’t return it, and I don’t want it either, but just don’t want it to go to waste. No way my dad would want this, or any of my friends either. It’ll at least go down smoothly, but god it tastes horrible.

Both the chocolate and vanilla are my favorites! I use coconut milk & almond milk, chia seeds. I also add Carmel & cake batter flavoring to the vanilla and extra cacao powder to the chocolate. Both are filling, satisfying with low carb for Keto, no sugar added & tastes great!

Tastes great. For best use a blender is best. Shaking or stirring always leaves clumps that taste like drinking dry flour. But overall good product.

Truly like this protein powder. Very good ingredients, great flavor, high protein and blends well and makes a nice shake.
