Hey, so as someone who's been curious about cupping but has a mega "machine malfunctioning on me" fear, this is great! It's so easy to stop and unsuck it off you. But more so, it's great in general. As someone with red light therapy masks, I very much enjoy that it includes that too. It's neat I mean, two different modes, and while I haven't done the gliding yet (mostly fear, need to get more comfy lol), I have done the first mode on my back near where my shoulder hurts, and it helped with the pain! I was shocked, especially as a fibromyalgia struggler. I'd also like to say it's loud but not LOUD, like just the right level for me to hear if my 2 year old turned it on but not too loud to get annoyed using it. Powers on well and the battery seems to be good in my opinion! Oh, and one last thing it's pretty solid, like the durability is definitely there

I ordered a set of 4 Revo Therapy Cups and I’ve been really happy with my purchase. I used one across my back and shoulders, and it noticeably helped loosen a lot of the tightness I was dealing with. It felt effective and easy to use. I do think it is important to review the instructions, you don't want to put the cups in specific places- over major arteries or directly over your vertebrae. I did run into an issue with 1 of the 4 cups not maintaining suction. I reached out to the customer service email and was impressed with how quickly they responded. They provided clear troubleshooting steps, along with guidance on what to do if the issue continued. The troubleshooting worked, and the cup is now functioning properly. The tube was not closed tightly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The customer service team made sure product was functioning properly before they ended their communications with me.

I really like this massager. It’s easy to use and I love that I can adjust the settings depending on what feels comfortable. This thing is my new savior. The instructions are easy to navigate, there is 2 different modes which is really nice for different needs. The battery lasts forever and you can choose how much heat, suction, and suction release you'd like. it really gives you options on how you want it to work and I really appreciate that. The mode 2 attachment is easy to navigate and makes it turn into glide mode which is great. I also love the way I dont have to charge it after every use. The different Modes help you decide how much power you want from the device onto your skin and can be used for so many purposes. There's really no sound from the device and it is made of good materials, Im not worried if I drop it, it'll break, Its very durable and I love the results.

I must say that I was really skeptical about trying this new tool. I'm so glad that I took a chance! This is super easy to use and it's really effective. My muscles have never felt more relaxed! It's lightweight, it travels well, and it looks so futuristic!

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
