So Comfortable!
I have tried several different options for support pillows and this one is by far my favorite! I use it on the couch and it has helped immensely with my back and knee pain. It's adjustable and still supportive. I really like that it supports my knees, taking strain off my hips.

Very comfy
Bought this for post dmx knowing I would have to sleep on my back for weeks. I put it on my bed with my pillow under the head of it to keep it propped up. If you are needing it for the same reason I did have to have help getting out of it for the first week very awkward to get out of. But I absolutely love it and am so glad I bought it. Would highly recommend

I was Skeptical first because it reminds me of a pregnancy pillow, but is sooo comfy I love it

Bit as comfy as expected
So disappointed! This is not near as plush as pictures show. The covers were hard to get on and stuffing will have to be added. Keeps you shoulders away from being able to rest on back of couch. The cover is pretty and soft but was hoping for a comfier feel

not as good as first one
I bought one of these (without headrest) over a year ago, and my kid wanted one for her. Mine is stuffed firmly, which is good for better support, and did not smell. This one has a headrest which is great, but the whole pillow is not stuffed as well as mine was, and it has a funny smell to it, not sure why. I the extra $17 for a headrest is too much also.
