Feels solid
Feels very solid and looks nice. Works perfectly for my needs - just needed a slight downturn to my shower head pipe and appreciate the brushed nickel to match.

Works well
Works as it should. Lost a star for design. Indents for wrench to tighten onto spout are too small for conventional wrenches to fit.

It Leaks
I couldn't get it to seal, leaks under pressure. I used the washer which seems to resess into the shower arm and does nothing.
