I’ve been using HealthyHey Berberis Aristata (Berberine) for a few days now, and I’m quite satisfied with the quality. The capsules are easy to swallow and feel gentle on the stomach. I mainly started it to support blood sugar balance and overall health, and I do feel more stable energy levels. Love that it also has milk thistle for added liver support.
