Honest Review After 10 Days of Use – Hidden Issues Not Mentioned by Seller
After using this laptop for around 8 to 10 days, I do feel the overall condition is just okay. There are dents on the speaker and back sides, a skin was added to cover scratches, and the battery performance is very poor—lasting only about an hour. I’m particularly disappointed that the seller didn’t mention these issues upfront. That said, in this price range, it’s still a reasonable option if you keep your expectations in check.

Very good laptop but check what you get - not all sellers of refurbished laptops are the same
Very good refurbished laptop at a great price. Use the same for my daily work and it is very reliable. Make sure to check the refurbished laptop thoroughly, not just physically but also in terms of specs - that the CPU, SSD, and RAM are as per the specs specified in the Amazon item description. I had an issue that the RAM was not at the stated DDR4-3200MHz speed (was at DDR4-2400MHz) and so did a return and ordered from another seller who confirmed to deliver with 1 x 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (that way I can expand to 32GB as there are two RAM SODIMM slots) and all worked out well.

3rd class seller.
3rd class. Description says it has full hd screen but the seller maybe changed the screen, it's only normal 1366x766. Display is not fit properly, need to apply glue . keyboard key is different, he placed M key to another place, and question mark key ( ? ) to another place. Did not even check before sending. I need my refund 😡😡😡

Pretty fast small Laptop
Great Laptop! came with corrupted windows blue screen as soon as i turned it on but i always reinstall a fresh copy of windows anyways so that didn't bother me from making work perfectly fine. thank you.

Terrible PR for an intractable Amazon
I ordered this laptop on 4/27. Arrived 5/2. Proved to be defective by 5/5. Attempted to have Amazon replace the laptop. They would only refund, not replace. In attempting to "buy again", the seller increased the price by $80. I am attempting to identify the seller, so I might find a higher authority at Amazon, who will not tolerate this bait-and switch.

Inspect you product immediately.
Arrived completely dead. Couldn't charge it because the cord was damaged showing bare wire. Had to purchase a whole new charging cord separately. Otherwise am happy with the product itself.
