Best Projection Screen I've Owned
I bought this screen to pair with my AWOL 3000 projector in hopes to watch movies/tv in a lit room. The black screen is perfect for just that! Just like watching a big screen television. Looks even more amazing and vivid in darker rooms; having the option to use during the day and night is wonderful! The base that the screen rolls into is pretty heavy but works great. It is also sturdy and doesn't break easily. I know because I used it outside on a slightly windy day and it blew over (twice) despite the base being as heavy as it is. It fell over on a storage container that I was using to prevent the screen from blowing over and the screen didn't tear or break. I wish it came with some type of supporting poles to prevent it from falling over in windy weather. That is the only suggestion I would make but overall, a fantastic purchase! Would by again if I had to do it all over again. One more thing, it comes with a usb dongle that links the screen with the projector...so when it is turned on/off, it raises and lowers accordingly. Customer service is also great as they replaced my usb dongle that broke when my screen fell over.

Great screen!
Yes! Works awesome with my AWOL projector. it's around 75lbs so it has some weight to it. Picture is great, even with the lights on! Love it so far!

Thank god
I was dubious about the price, but I’ve had this thing for 6 months now and it’s life changing. - absolutely beautiful - works like a charm, I’ve never even used the remote bc the pairing with the projector is so seamless - DURABLE. I didn’t properly mount it and instead balanced it on a packing box (stoopid). Then I tried to adjust it and toppled the entire thing over, crashing the 10 foot screen through my media console. I was sure it would be irretrievably torn or at least visibly damaged. Propped it back up, nope, still perfect. That’s what made me write this review Buy with confidence

Expensive, but worth it!
I really like this screen. The image quality compared to projecting on to my wall is a night and day difference. I couldn’t get the USB to work to allow the screen to raise when my projector turns on, but other than that, it’s a good addition to my setup. The unit is VERY heavy, and quite lengthy. It’s almost 100” long. The noise when activating isn’t silent, but not loud either. It’s expensive, but does the job well.

Great picture quality, and implementation
I use this with my AWOL Valerion Vision Master Max, and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate the little USB remote transmitter that plugs into the projector and raises/lowers the screen when the projector is powered up/down.

Amazing. But flaw in screen.
1/25/2026 : So AWOL did reach out to us with a number of ways to resolve, and a troubleshooting guide. We followed instructions to leave the screen unopened for a few days to let the temperature stabilize, but that did not fix the problem. Next we stuck on one of the provided carbon fiber sticks to the back of the trouble area of the screen, and it did indeed remove the large crease, but, as you can see in the new pictures (with no image on the screen), the carbon fiber strip does leave a horizontal indent in the screen at a number of places, due to it being rolled up with the screen. The instructions state that these strips are to be used as the screen ages, so we are a little concerned about the screen showing age already. Additionally, we are worried if the carbon fiber strip will cause worse indentations over time, possibly leading to tearing. So, while we are happy with the viewing experience of the screen, we are still a bit concerned about longevity …. So, for now we will give it three stars, as we decide what to do about the screen. 12/3/2025 : The screen works and looks great. There are some minor ripples on the edges, which are ok for us, because you can’t really see them during operation. However, there’s a huge ripple on the left edge of the screen that looks awful in menus, and is very distracting in some scenes. It shows up as a large black shadow during bright seems, and just deformed images in others. Other than that, the quality is great, it really improves contrast over a bare wall, so I highly recommend this as an idea. Love the floor rising aspect. I wish the would also be clear on exactly what the weight is. I made two 4x12 feet that are 8.5” high by going to a lumber yard and having it cut to that size. Screwed the legs on to the brackets. Now I can put stuff under the screen. The projector sits on the floor— at 120”, it has to be on the floor for optimum viewing and avoiding neck strain (spent a week testing many heights). Anyway, that big ripple on the left edge is an eye sore. I’ve reached out to AWOL for help, and hope there’s a solution , will update.

ALR Screen
Paired with my LTV2500 projector. One remote controls both using the included sync dongle. Great picture even in room where windows let in some ambient light.

Hochwertige Qualität
Verwende die Leinwand in Kombination mit dem Hisense PT1 Kurzdistanz Beamer. Das Bild ist richtig gut. Keine Wellen vorhanden. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Filme in 3D auf 100Zoll zu schauen machen einfach Mega Spaß[z.B. Everest ein Yeti will hoch hinaus].

Big and beautiful.
This a premium screen, and has an excellent weighty build to it. It comes shipped in a sturdy box, with plenty of high density foam to protect it. In use it takes around 10 seconds to rise and retract. And using the remote, you can easily program the exact height which suits your room the best. There is also a usb adaptor, which is pre-paired with the projector. Just plug this adaptor into your projector, and when your projector powers on it will automatically raise the screen. Neat. It is a huge screen and is long, so measure your space where it is going before purchase. The picture showing the extension lead, gives you an idea of it's size. In use it smoothly and quietly glides up and down to its set position. At the back are very strong folding mechanisms, which keep the screen nice and stable. And the tension wires on the side, do a great job of keeping the screen perfectly flat when extended. in terms of performance, I tested it with an older but good Benq 1080p projector. This normally beams onto a white wall. The video I have done shows the picture on the wall, and then with the screen. Harder to tell with the video, but there is some gain in brightness, and definite gain in colour and image quality. And this is from a 1080p projector. So the difference would be even greater with a 4k projector. Overall, it is definitely a nicer watch using this projector screen. the screen doesn't have any audio pass through section, so any speakers are best used to the side or front of the projector. With my soundbar behind it, you could tell the sound was slightly muffled with the screen up. This screen would be ideal in areas where you don't want a screen to be up permanently, and want to use the space for other uses. In use it is simple to use, especially with the usb adaptor and picture quality is amazing. Just need to treat myself to a 4k projector now, to really show it off!

Lohnenswerter Kauf
Brilliantes Bild auch bei Tageslicht und sehr unkomplizierte Bedienung vor allem bei Beamer mit größerer Entfernung

Impressive but confusing
At 236cm long it's a very big piece of kit. Pretty quiet. A lovely matt white screen measuring 223 x 162cm. Operated by cantilevered joists at the back, it's a very solid item. The remote is designed to be wall mounted, though I think it would be best to use a learning remote and add the codes to a macro when you want to use this. Why did I mark this down 1 star? I struggled with the remote for a while trying to work out how to open it without breaking it, and then when I did I saw the U2 button though I couldn't find in the manual what it's for. I assumed it's part of the USB set up, though I can't confirm that. The USB dongle still remains a mystery. I've searched everywhere, inside and out and can find no socket for it to plug into. And lastly, I wish the power lead had been pointing towards the rear of the unit, it just seems bad design to have it coming forward.
