I honestly can't recommend this kit enough. It made such a huge difference during my postpartum recovery and included so many products that I didn't even realize I'd need beforehand. Everything is thoughtfully designed to make recovery more comfortable during those first few weeks after giving birth. The quality of each item exceeded my expectations, and having everything together in one kit made the experience much less overwhelming. Looking back, this was easily one of the most valuable purchases I made while preparing for postpartum recovery. I now recommend it to every expecting mom I know.

Absolutely worth it for postpartum recovery. The quality of everything in this kit is amazing and it made me feel so much more comfortable after giving birth. The peri bottle works so much better than the hospital one, the disposable underwear is soft and stretchy, and the cooling pads were a lifesaver. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for new moms. I would 100% recommend this to any pregnant woman preparing for postpartum recovery

This is a great postpartum starter kit. The hospital may provide you with some basic supplies, but, for example, the peri bottle in this kit with the angled neck is so much more practical and easier to use than at least the one I got from the hospital. You will absolutely use everything in the box (and need more of everything) and the box itself is such a great way to store the supplies. I would add one thing to this kit: TENA Women's Sensitive Care Extra Coverage Overnight Pads work really well with the Frida disposable underwear and ice packs as they don't have wings and are quite a bit wider than any of the pads offered by Playtex, Always, etc. I also recommend having a regular size garbage bag in the bathroom versus a smaller trash can that many people usually have in their bathrooms. If it makes you more comfortable, disposable bed mats/pads are also not a bad thing to have and use. Finally, if you can do it, it is great to have some sort of table/stand/box/crate to put the box on that can be in front of the toilet. The box fits well on the back of the toilet, but, especially for the first few days postpartum, it's not the greatest to have to rotate around to get supplies. I know it's not realistic or practical for everyone, but if you can, it made things a lot easier for me.

This is an amazing gift idea for new mothers. It has exactly what you need post baby delivery! It’s not a glamorous gift but will be a MUCH APPRECIATED ONE!

I’m in love with the Frida Mom postpartum products. After I had my first baby via c-section, I just used whatever the hospital gave me. That was fine. No complaints at the time. But after my second baby delivered via VBAC, my husband bought this for me and I was floored by the difference in quality. The handheld bidet has such a nice nozzle and it really helps gently wash away all the post birth ick. The disposable undies are SO comfy and they’re tight and stay put while also being so stretchy and breathable. The witch hazel foam is very soothing and cooling and I feel like it has helped everything heal faster. Kind of pricy, but it feels like luxury for your vagina. Worth it after such a traumatic bodily process lol

These items helped me so much when I had my baby. The foam soothed and was fresh it helped take the itchiness away and the pad liners kept it fresh and easy and fast to change out and stay clean, the perry bottle is really nice and works great! I didn’t use the ice packs, just not my thing, they just were uncomfortable and hurt and the underwear didn’t look to comfortable so I didn’t use them either but I loved the rest of the package I’ll definitely buy it again

Todo el mundo me dijo que no era necesario, que en el hospital te dan todo etc. Cómpralo, es el mejor dinero que gastarás posparto. Es lo más cómodo, lo más práctico y lo más innovador, los materiales son de gran calidad y la mejoría que ves es impresionante.

It’s over rated, the panties are not free size, I’m size L and they are very tight , didn’t use, then the pads are so uncomfortable and bulky, definitely not worth buying.

10/10 for any moms to be
