Sometimes you just forget to clean the range hood filters and the entire range hood becomes an oily mess. At least, we do. We've been lamenting how stuffy and smelly the kitchen gets and naturally discovered that the range hood filters were so clogged it was preventing proper ventilation. The old filters were beyond repair, so I picked up this one to try out for size and quality. The size and fit were perfect to replace the OEM. The material appears to be quite good, and the noise the range hood makes when the vent is turned on now is not horrific because the air actually flows as expected. Will order a second to complete the set!

It fits a discontinued Hotpoint/GE range hood.
I needed a replacement for a hood opening that is 10.5" by 11.7" and looked everywhere. This was the best option.
