this organic artichoke extract had no effect. It is also not USDA certified organic. I suspect it is fraudulent. no third party testing is listed for this item for purity or for heavy metal contamination either. buyer beware.

Have bought this a couple of times, works well for me. I do not have side effects from it even though I often get side effects from supplements. Capsule is not small but I am able to swallow them.
