I noticed the benefits quickly
I love Solgar quality ! Usually it takes time to see any benefits from vitamins or supplements, and most like you tend to see negative effects fairly quickly. This Solgar product had positive effects quickly, and started reducing inflammation almost immediately or within a couple of hours. It may not work that way for everyone but I got almost immediately relief. It is well thought out as there is a need to put in the right amounts of 3,6, and 9. Or the formulation will not work well. The pill was large but manageable , went down fairly easily, and no negative side effects for me. No burping, and no after taste. Only opinion, there are some benefits to this product in addition to plain fish oil. I give it two thumbs up, and would highly recommend it.

Improved cholesterol bloodwork!
Significant improvement in bloodwork after using this daily for the last 3 months. Take 2 tabs with breakfast. Also take 2 Berberine when I wake up, about half hour before eating breakfast. My LDL improved from 80 to 57 with no other changes to lifestyle and eating (still maintaining a healthy duet and regular exercise).
