ETHNIC BUDDHA/SIDDHARTA STATUE,Hand carved.Fairtrade

Love my buddha, plain in a good way not ornate or fussy, fits on a window sill, has a kind face with eyes open looking down and fair trade! Fantastic!

After reading the other reviews, I was expecting this to arrive packed in either straw or bubble wrap, so was a little surprised to open the box to find that the statue itself was wrapped in one piece of brown paper, but there was no other packing around it to protect it.That said, despite the box having a crushed corner it was undamaged.It looks good and I am pleased with the hand made look and the overall size of the statue so I'm pleased.Simon.

Don`t buy it. I bought one and it was not like it looks in the picture. It was just expensive firewood. If you display that in your house people would ask why you payed money for it.

Was a little iffy seeing as someone had complained about the packaging/damage in another review but I shouldn't of worried.Lovely statue, just the right size I wanted. Came bubble wrapped in a box. No damage.Delivered very quickly to boot.Add to this the great price and what isn't there to love?

Bought this as a gift for my sister to go in her new house, it looks great I am very pleased with this purchase its a very eye catching piece.

Packaging was rather odd! came in a box of hay. besides that it looks fantastic in my bedroom. I personally didn't want all the dust on it so I took it off with a tooth brush. My buddha now overlooks my bed from my drawers. Handsome fellow he is.very peaceful looking.

Item arrived within 48 hrs of ordering..super fast! Absolutely delighted with this Buddha...He is lovely. Mine is a little different to the photo but only slightly and I actually like it even more! Well packed. Picture doesn't really do it justice. Beautiful item.
