Was the factory Carrier replacement motor for furnace part at a great price!

The motor was defective, customer service was bad.
The seller was not customer friendly and required me to pay the $40 shipping to return this very heavy item even though it was dead on arrival. Buyers be warned. Incidentally, this is the 1st negative review I have given on a product since shopping on Amazon more than 8 years.
