Great Single Length Irons at an Affordable Price
I struggled as a High-Handicapper who couldn't consistently strike the ball well. After coming close to quitting golf several times due to the frustration, I stumbled upon the "single-length" philosophy and it resonated - learn one swing for all your irons. The problem was that as someone who had one foot out the door on the game of golf, I was unwilling to spend big bucks on a whole new set of clubs.Enter the Mazel irons. I figured at $300, it was worth a shot - if they worked and my game improved, I'd be thrilled. If they didn't, at least I didn't spend a fortune. All I can say is, "Wow!". After just a few months of practice on the range and several rounds, I've rediscovered my love of golf and am now consistently shooting in the low 90s (where I used to struggle to break 110). My expectation now is to break 90 and get into mid-80s range within the next few months. In short, the single-length philosophy is a no-brainer for any high-handicapper and / or anyone new to the game.As for the clubs themselves, Mazel has done a phenomenal job of putting together a full quality set at an unbelievable price. I expected them to feel and look "cheap". They don't - they have the look of premium clubs and feel absolutely great. Before I bought them, I had expected to "upgrade" to Cobras if these Mazels validated my hope for single-length irons. Now, I'm perfectly comfortable hanging on to these for the long-haul.If you're on the fence about the single-length philosophy, these are a perfect way to take a chance without it setting you back an arm and a leg.

Careful Ordering These Clubs
The shipping box was tore up on the top and bottom and heavily taped. There were only two clubs in the box. Immediately returned.

Awesome irons
Great set of irons and the quality was excellent. They took a little time getting used to, once I figured out the ball placement, swing and grip everything started falling into place. I really like all the irons being the same length, lie and weight. I lost maybe 5 yards on the #4 and #5 irons but gained about 5 yards on all the wedges with a higher trajectory which I prefer. Great irons for me at a great price.

Excellent for the price
Took these clubs to the range for the first time today. First time trying the one length style clubs. I thought the wedges would be harder to hit, but the exact opposite happened. My accuracy and consistency went up across the board up to the 5 iron. Gapping was surprisingly close too. I was really surprised with how comfortable they were and how easy it was to find the center of the club face. Two things I didn’t like much was a loss of distance. All clubs carried about 15 yard less than my callaways. And I could not get much spin with the 4 iron no matter how hard I tried. Every shot came out low and fast.Wedges up to the 5 iron were excellent.

If you are brand new to golf they might be a good way to go.
These clubs seem nice. They didn’t really perform as well as I was hoping. I think single length clubs could be a good way to go if you are brand new to golf. I have been playing on and off for 25 years and these almost require you to start over. It’s hard to explain but I would not expect these to transform your golf game or score. Even though I really wanted them to.

Quality set for trying Single Length Clubs
I am a fairly new player with the problem of topping and toe-ing the ball. The single length has helped me with consistency.Same set-up every time. Some reviews have noted a loss in distance. In my opinion, being in the fairway has more than made up for my long shots out of bounds. The clubs are well made and swing easily. Definitely worth the money to give single length a try and not spend $800 on the Cobras. I am a 60 YO 5'6" woman and got the senior, men's graphite. They are about the same length as my Tour Edge, Moda 6 hybrid. Yes, I would do it again. (Don't rely too heavily on the guarantee of shipping. Mine shipped the day they should have arrived.)

Great clubs!
I was skeptical. I ordered the clubs, they arrived quickly. My game had stagnated, I was stuck. I got the clubs and took them to the range. They had a great feel, nice weight. I hit them very well. The lower clubs went 10 to 20 yards longer. I expected the 7 through 4 to be shorter from what I had read, but because they were lighter I hit them longer. Played a course I always play and usually shoot 95 to 98. Shot an 88 today, first time out. Great clubs, I would recommend them to all.

Single length and weight clubs equate to DISTANCE LOSS
The quality of these clubs is acceptable, but expected benefits to the improvement to my golf game were minimal at best. As a 3 handicap, I was able to adjust my game to accommodate the single length/weight, but the overall loss in distance was disappointing.
