Great Rabbit Hutch for Indoor Use!
Hutch was easy to put together, came without any damage or anything missing. It did have a "paint" smell that disappeared in 2 days. I just left the ramp down after putting into my buns indoor pen area, which is half of my office. I let her choose when to go into it. She checked out the 1st floor after a few days. It took her about 10 days to go "upstairs", and now that is one of her favorite places! She likes to go up there if she feels threatened (like when the dogs are barking a lot), or if she wants to be left alone. It's sturdy, ultra easy to clean (my bun is litter trained, but sometimes has a pellet pop). Not sure if it would last outdoors unless you put a coat of poly or something on it. For us, it's perfect!

Assembly was ok with some ingenuity. Helpful husband.
Its very pretty.I was able to assemble by myself. But husband had to do some woodworking help. The only place I needed to reinforce was the center top door wood stopper, it broke in half. My hubby cut a small piece of wood to replace it and I screwed it in and painted it. Keeps the doors from opening or opening of the bunnies lean on it. Reinforced it inside of those center doors too. I did have a terrible time getting the top drawer to slide in. Hubby sanded that down for me so it would fit into the area meant for it. So, it was not exactly made perfect. I left it outside for a few months unassembled due to a very strong smell that came from the wood. So not great if you need this used in a hurry. But the smell finally disappeared. 😍 Bunnies are good. I thought it would have more room for some reason because square footage was bigger than the previous cage. But with all the cubbies I can see where I was ignoring the openess of the previous cage. I left it with one door open for the bunnies to explore in front of their old cage with that cages door open. They'd go in for treats but then right back to the old one. After a month, I took it away. They're in the new cage and eating, drinking, and using their litter box pretty good. Pee mostly. They still poo wherever they lay or hop to. Hahaha

Love it and so do my bunnies
Love this hutch and fast shipping! It arrived a week early and was exactly as pictured. The quality is decent and my bunnies absolutely adore it. We adopted them 3 weeks ago and they prefer the hutch to the x pen they were originally in. I did however add the pen around it so they have extra space to hop around when they can’t free roam. There is a bit of a smell when you first take it out of the box but it wasn’t terrible and went away within 24hrs. Overall based off of my experience I’d recommend it.

Too small, too cheap, waste of money
Do not waste your money. It’s too small for a bunny!! We thought this would be cheaper and easier than building a hutch, and it is NOT! It’s much smaller than you’d think, even after seeing the measurements. The wood is soft and already has started falling apart. The trays at the bottom are ridiculously hard to pull out and clean. And the wire is so thin it is bending so bad we are now building our own. We have only had this for 2 weeks, it is a complete waste of money. I’ve requested a refund and have been denied. But we can’t return it since we have been using it, and we had to use it in order to truly discover it’s faults.

Easy to set up and clean
I ordered this in a pinch as I had 18 newly hatched chicks but the outside enclosure was delayed in set up. It was so spacious and a lifesaver at cleaning up after that many chicks every other day. They were quite comfortable for several weeks.

Nice looking but not very sturdy
UPDATE: The seller reached out and offered a refund, which I accepted. They did not ask me to amend my review but I am because I wanted to make sure to let people know that if you have an animal that is not a nawing type this is probably a perfect hutch. The two levels allow for more space for them and the plastic trays allow their feet to stay healthy. If they updated the design a bit I would buy it again because it's what we need for the space we have.ORIGINAL: I waited for a while so I could give a more comprehensive review. I have two small guinea pigs in this enclosure. It has been in use for roughly 3 weeks. I like it a lot but it has some drawbacks. It's roomy, the pigs can move around comfortably and it's attractive. However, it is hard to clean. The wood is also very soft and they naw it like they do toys. If they continue I don't know if it will last the year without compromising holes. It was also hard to assemble via the directions, as the wood is so soft. It split in many places as the screws went in and I had to relocate hardware several times, which interferes with the function of the doors. The floors are also a thin plastic which is better than screen for their feet but I'm worried it's too flimsy for long term use. One chip and the floor is useless. All in all it's a nice enclosure but the wood and plastic quality is a real problem. I don't know if I would buy it again or at all if I had known. I have attached several photos so you can see the hutch in situ.

Beautiful and Luxurious
The hutch is beautiful and spacious! You can fit a rabbit sized littler box in the corner. It came an impressive 8 days early! The only downside is the STRONG chemical odor when I unboxed it. I let it air out outside for a few days and the odor was still lingering. To anyone wanting to purchase this I would recommend letting the hutch air out for a week or two.My bunny absolutely loves being in a larger enclosure! Chewability: He has chewed the wood all over the hutch. Value for money: it’s worth it if you don’t mind your bunny chewing it and the chemical odor. The odor goes away after airing it out for a couple weeks. Functionality: It serves its purpose well. My bunny will only be sleeping in it at night because he is free roamed. Overall, this hutch is a fantastic choice.
