This is a well made and accurate thermometer. We decided that as we are now older, we needed an accurate, easy to use thermometer. We chose this thermometer based on some of the reviews and the claims that company's products are in use by the NHS. We Have found it really simple and easy to use and having the option to use it in the ear is also very good. It is easy to keep clean and hygienic also. An added bonus is the ability to measure the temperature of objects and surfaces accurately. The thermometer feels robust in the hand and gives confidence that it will remain sturdy and fit for purpose.

So happy with my purchase. Great price Love that it has a surface setting which I use for bath water temp. An adult and separate child setting. Love the coloured light to make it easy to know if the temperature is too hot or cold or just right. The thermometer is easy to use, well made. Comes with a storage bag. Love the option to also be able to take an ear temperature within the same device as the contactless forehead temperature. Has a light which is great for in the night and is quite great for sleeping children. Would recommend to anyone and everyone, would definitely repurchase if I ever needed to. I have 3 children, and have bought various different thermometers over the years and wish I had this one from the beginning

Update Jan 2025 - Since posting the below review I have received contact from the Managing Director of the company themselves apologising for the issues I faced and lack of customer support. They have have gone above and beyond to rectify their mistakes. I have to say this purchase has gone from one of my worst customer service experiences to probably the best I have ever had. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 based on this. “Stopped working after a month or two with temperatures fluctuating between 16 degrees and 43 degrees C. Tried to contact customer service for refund or replacement and they made it near impossible to do asking for videos in use showing error etc that it just got tiresome trying to sort. They were hinting at user error which it was not. Go for Braun!”

Delivered on time and works much better than the under the tongue simple types

I bought this mainly to measure a bottle of milk, without the need of immerse a foreign object into it Plus this product is to offer a thermometer as well. However, I am totally disappointed. This product is far from accurate. I have tested every mode (ear/toddler/baby/surface), with and without the lid. Two scenarios, one with high water temperature, and one in range between 30-40. As for the results, you can judge by yourselfs from my photos. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test this on someone with high fever, but I do believe other people's comments saying that it wasn't able to detect it. The fact that some people playing with our intelligence and health just to make a profit, is making me furious. How do you even call this a medical product? The medical certificate should be revoked from this product. Do not waste your money on this.

Bought so I can keep an eye on temp whilst on chemo therapy and this works really well very accurate and easy to use. Excellent value for money Very new and takes batteries so I guess if you buy good batteries you will get longer out of them.
