Started running again a few weeks ago after many years off, used this to alleviate the pain I was getting in my feet and it works a treat; the curve means you can put your foot into different places to put pressure where you need - I use the wheel bit as well. The only slight downside is the black rubber wheels are not great on solid floors as they slip a bit so best to use on a carpet / rug / mat.

This is a good massage and has helped me with my plantar fasciitis. It’s quite ticklish on the foot at first but very helpful.

I bought this in the hope that it would help my plantar fasciitis and I’m pleased to say that it has. It is firm and slightly spiky but does not cause any discomfort and after sitting rolling my foot over it for approximately ten minutes it has brought me some pain relief. At this point I have only been using it for a few days I feel hopeful that it will bring me longer term relief. I would recommend this product.

Wasn't convinced that this would give relief from foot pain but pleasantly surprised how effective it is for massaging. Looks like a toy my dog would chew so if you don't need it anymore it has a second function. It's durable, ease to use and fits perfectly under my foot. I use it on carpet and wear socks. Not to hard on the foot but use it moderately to avoid further pain.
