Best valued HP Printer !
I am reading really dumb comments about booking it up and not working. It literally took me 10 minutes to unpack it, power it up, put in the ink that came with it, put paper in, download the HP App and set it up to print succession all but 15 total minutes. Print quality is fantastic. Scznned copies are fantastic. O had an older model lasted 7 years for my home office and all Of my family use it for school and work too right from their phones and laptops hooked up WiFi anywhere even out in the yard !!! Great price great easy printer don’t need a $260 beast. Just saying. People just don’t read and follow directions. App Store HPPrinter App. Laptop look for WiFi connection and connect Done !

The troublesome program and the frustrating printing experience
I'm really at a loss for words. The printer itself is completely fine, but the program written by HP is a complete mess. The computer took a long time to finally print out a document, but then what happened? I happily threw away the packaging box, thinking everything was fine. But then what happened next? Damn it, the next day when I reconnected, I couldn't do anything. The port couldn't connect, and the program couldn't associate with the device. Later on, on the HP smart page, it showed that I was connected, everything was online, and everything was ready. Then I tried to open a random file from my Office 365 and print it. But it couldn't print out a single document. At this point, I thought, can't be! Maybe it's just an issue with Office. I never even thought to blame this HP printer. But I wasn't giving up. I opened a PDF file. Damn it, it still couldn't print. My computer was doing nothing. Alt+F4 didn't work either. I tried printing from the web. Haha, there was no sign of response at all. Who wrote this "WIRELESS PRINTING – Stay connected with our most reliable Wi-Fi, which automatically detects and resolves connection issues"? Was it written for someone else? For your boss? For your lover? For your mom? You can tell anyone "Oh, it's reliable", but you never told your own purchasing users. You used the most unreliable connection scheme! HP smart? Hp Stupid!!!! The connection program is long, complex, confusing, and no one knows why you have to register an account before you can connect. The network connection technology is even worse. Ha ha, do you know that the WSD port is inherently unreliable? Why didn't they design a backup port? And then you set WSD as the default option. I changed the option but they changed it back. I really can't stand it. Also, the designers never thought that not all networks are stable and long-lasting. Once they go offline or disconnect, this thing will be useless!!! The funniest thing is that downloading this program on a Windows system is a very slow process. During the download, I wasn't allowed to change the storage location. The design like this is like a sewage pit. Who should be buried for such a bad design? Why not something else? Because I suspect that the things that can be called organized in the design of this thing simply can't be sold for value! And that's not all. I tried using other built-in programs to print in an attempt to fix the bug. Damn it, you even won't let me use the most basic method. How can you be so proud of saying that the connection is reliable??? ?? ?

I love this little printer!
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews - but I have absolutely loved having this printer! The initial ink it comes with lasts a while, plus you get offered a 3 month free trial with purchase of the printer for an ink subscription which is fantastic. It’s small and sleek, can be placed anywhere. Color printing is vibrant. Copies are perfect! Never had an issue with paper jams. I got this on sale for $40, and so i’d call it worth every penny. The app is super easy to use and comes with a lot of features - and it’s free! It’s compatible with multiple of my devices and comes with an app to make printing even easier. The software works fine. Great value!

Exceptional Budget Printer for Home & Light Office Use – Highly Recommend!
I recently purchased the HP DeskJet 2855e Wireless All-in-One Printer, and after using it consistently for a few weeks, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly printer. If you are looking for a reliable, compact, and hassle-free machine for everyday printing, scanning, and copying, this is an absolute winner. Here is a detailed breakdown of why I am so satisfied with this purchase: 1. Super Easy Setup & Seamless Connectivity I was a bit skeptical about the wireless setup because past printers have given me major headaches, but HP has nailed it with the HP Smart App. The step-by-step instructions on my phone made the entire process foolproof. Within 10 minutes, I had the printer connected to my home Wi-Fi, calibrated, and ready to go. Printing from my iPhone, iPad, and laptop works flawlessly every single time without any dropped connections. 2. Print Quality & Speed For a compact DeskJet, the print quality is impressive. Text documents come out crisp, sharp, and perfectly legible, with no smudging. Color prints and graphics look vibrant and clean, making it great for school projects, recipes, and occasional photo printing. While it’s not a heavy-duty industrial printer, the speed is more than adequate for daily home use. It handles multi-page documents smoothly without jamming. 3. Compact and Sleek Design Space is a premium in my home office, and this printer fits perfectly on a small corner shelf. It has a modern, clean look that doesn't eyesore the room. The input and output trays fold up neatly when not in use, keeping dust out and saving even more space. 4. HP+ and Instant Ink Convenience The printer comes with the option to activate HP+ and try Instant Ink. I highly recommend opting into this! I never have to worry about running out of ink in the middle of an important task because the printer automatically detects when it’s running low and orders new cartridges to my doorstep before I even realize I need them. It saves a massive amount of money compared to buying cartridges at retail price. 5. Copying and Scanning The flatbed scanner works like a charm. Digitizing documents through the HP Smart App is quick, and the resolution is crystal clear. Making quick black-and-white or color copies directly from the printer's top panel is intuitive and requires just a single press of a button. Pros: Incredibly affordable upfront cost. Small footprint, perfect for tight spaces or apartments. Flawless wireless printing from smartphones and computers. Crisp text and vivid color outputs. Hassle-free ink management with HP Instant Ink. Cons: The paper tray capacity is on the smaller side (around 60 sheets), so you’ll have to refill it more often if you print in massive volumes—but for standard home use, this is a non-issue. Final Verdict: The HP DeskJet 2855e offers incredible value for money. It is dependable, user-friendly, and delivers great performance without breaking the bank. Whether you need it for working from home, kids' schoolwork, or just everyday administrative tasks, it gets the job done beautifully. Five stars!

BELIEVE ME YOU DON'T WANT IT !
Rated this 4 star to hopefully see more people read this.....RUN,DON'T WALK from this printer ! I was looking for a WiFi printer last Prime Day. Had a deal for $49.99....if I could do it over again, I wouldn't have let them pay me to get the printer. The issue is not as much the printer itself as it is HP itself. It came with 90 days Instant Ink ...TRUST ME ...HP controls your printer whether you are using HP smart app and WiFi or a direct connection. The instructions are NONEXISTENT as is their customer service. They are interested in TAKING YOUR MONEY ON INK. They will even offer you a printer at no cost ...you just pay for the ink..because they know they will get you on the inflated ink cost. Be CAREFUL of Lemero and others who blatantly advertise ink cartridges that are COMPATIBLE with HP ..my experience is that they are not. I have paid more in INK than the cost of the printer...and, I have twice had the Lemero cartridges work for a like 3 weeks and then stop. Lemero is supposed to be refunding my money. It is several days past the time committed by them and still no refund. I will update how this turns out. Thankfully,I have a bulky Brother Printer than I CAN count on vs. this HP crap.

Not to purchase this
First I would like to start off with.I really did like this printer, but it is not worth it to purchase it. I've had this printer for about 5 months. And I wanna say, don't buy anything from HP because they scam you. I did the 3 months ink subscription and i couldn't afford the subscription monthly, so I went to cancel my subscription and when I did, so, they told me that they were going to take a second time subscription, and they were going to charge me for printing a 150 pictures I printed. Now, when I did the ink subscription, it was about the ink, not about papers. How many you do. And second, even if it did say, how much do you print? If you buy your own paper it shouldn't matter how much you print.Because it was a ink subscription. So I wound up calling them HP not amazon, and the man told me, that I was gonna get charged 2 times for the subscription that I had to return the old ink, which is fine. No matter if it's in the printer or if you just got it, you have to return it and that he was gonna charge me money for 150 pages I printed, so I was very mad at this time, so I hung up. So then me and my friend went to google HP printing pages, and there's a lot of things that people were saying about it like one someone got charged 408.00 for papers that his wife printed cause, she's in school. Another said that just like I thought you were paying for the ink subscription. Not how many pages you print that she got charged and then another person along with these other people. I'm mentioning put that even if you buy your own paper, buy your own ink if you do not pay for there subscription that you will no longer be able to print any pictures. So to me, what is the point of purchasing this HP printer? If you cannot buy your own ink and buy your own paper. And be able to print. So honestly these people from HP will never get another item purchased from me ever in my lifetime. And i'm putting this review so I can warn others to stay away from this company and their printers. They scam you and they take as much money as they want. Do not purchase anything by HP unless you wanna be scammed. Take a lesson learned from me because I'm not lying about what I went through. They are not worth it. There are better printers out there by different brands. Me and my family have had plenty of printers in our lifetime and never once have, I ever had to pay twice for a subscription of ink and for them to tell me.I cannot print pictures if I don't buy their subscription. Please listen to me. It is a scam, and it's a bad company. And it's not worth your money or your time. Thank you. Also, they get a zero stars. They don't even deserve one star. Also, Amazon, it's truly amazing. I love shopping from them. They have great customer service. And they have helped me a lot.
