Flexible Extension Hose Attachment Compatible with Dyson V15 V8 V7 V10 V11 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Great Dyson extension for the price.

Works great perfect fit a must have if you have a Dyson V15 it is so much easier to reach with this adapter hose to reach tight spots.

Hose fell apart the very first time I used it. Unfortunately, it was too late to send it back. Buyer beware.

This extender helps me to use my Dyson V10 stick vacuum more like a cordless canister. Before I got my cordless Dyson stick, I used canister vacuums all the time. I love canisters. You leave the heavy motor on the floor and just move the lightweight wand and hose around to clean. With the Dyson stick, if I want to clean cobwebs off the ceiling, I have to hold the motor up in the air for 10 minutes, to clean the whole ceiling. Then I have to repeat that in every room! It gets HEAVY! I got two hose extenders, so I don't have to lift the motor high in the air anymore. I can leave the motor on the floor. I put two hose extenders between the motor and the wand. Then I only have to move the wand around the house to clean. Obviously, I also needed to put a lock on the trigger to power the motor while it lays on the floor. If I have to walk around the house a lot, then I hold the motor in my left hand. I don't lift my left arm. I just let my left arm hang down by my side so that my arm muscles don't get tired. Then I hold the wand in my right hand and sweep everything that needs dusting. If you are going to carry your motor at your side, then you DON'T need to buy a power trigger lock. You can just use your trigger finger to turn it on and off as usual. I also got the Dyson compatible dog grooming kit on Amazon. It has a a dog hair brush at the end of a short hose. The vacuum sucks the shedding hair in while you are brushing your dog. INGENIOUS! I don't know about you, but my dogs get agitated by the sound of the vacuum and fight me off. One hose isn't long enough for me to sweep my dogs coat when they are moving around, trying to get away from the noise. I need both of my hose extenders to make the hose extra long. I get my dog to lie on the bed or couch. I put the motor on the floor below. I need the trigger lock to keep the motor on. I move the extra long hose around my dogs body with my right hand and hold the dog still with my left hand, so he/she doesn't run off. The grooming kit came with one short hose, but that wasn't long enough to reach the dog's entire body. So I needed to order the second Keluke Store hose extender to get the length that I needed. I like the arrangement that I have with two hoses. It works fine now. Many reviewers have commented on the fact that this Keluke Store hose is a little difficult to get on. That is true. You have to tilt it towards the button, to get the button to latch on. You will get the hang of it after a couple of tries. It takes an extra second to put it on or take it off. That's OK with me. I don't care about one extra second here or there. It still works fine. But the hose that came with my dog grooming kit has a much better fit than the Keluke Store hose. I thought you would want to know that there are other hoses on Amazon that are better fitting. Rating: I am taking one star off because the fit of the Keluke Store hose attachment is not as good as the other hose I got in the dog grooming kit. The fit of the Keluke Store hose could be better. Otherwise, it works great! 4 STARS!

Perfect extension for using small tools, no issues so far

I gotta be honest with you for a moment. I hated Dyson. They call me the vacuum queen in my house. When I was younger, someone stole my vacuum, then the replacement broke, and I went for a long time without one. That got me on a vacuum kick. I never wanted to be without a vacuum again. Any time I was able to test out a new one, I did. However, everyone I knew who had a Dyson didn't like it. So, I avoided Dyson. Then the chance to test the V15 came about. I jumped at it wincing because it is a high value and I still have to pay tax on it. Boy was I converted. The most fantastic cordless vacuum I have EVER used. HOW THIS HOSE WORKS This snaps onto the V15 and also to the accessory being used. I can set the Dyson head nearby and use the hose with attachment to reach small areas that I can not do easily from the base. That means that it makes my life easier. CAREFUL As long as I am careful not to pull too hard on the hose or extend it too far, this works great. It can be put back in, but honestly, I just prefer to not have it come out to begin with. STORAGE This hose curls up or stores hanging over the top of my Dyson accessory rack. THE BOTTOM LINE I LOVE this and love how it expands my Dyson V15 vacuum use in my house. I barely use the smaller units I have anymore after having this hose. MY RATING FIVE STARS. This is a great addition to my Dyson V15 and I bet you would like it too if you have a Dyson that this fits. I highly recommend this if you like to do all of your vacuuming with the same unit in the same room at once instead of having to change out to another unit.

Very useful accessory for my dyson v10!!! I can finally get under my car seats. The dyson v10 is a great vacuum, but for a hand-held, it's very long. That makes getting it into small spaces like under car seats nearly impossible. Dyson doesn't bother to include a hose despite it's rather exorbitant price, which makes very hard to get the most out of of your rather costly dyson! That's were this handy hose comes in. Also, the dyson is essentially a single handed device. Not an issue for it on the floor, but it gets rather unwieldy vacuuming cobwebs from ceiling corners or ceiling fans. Using this hose, you can hold the dyson in 1 hand the the wand via the hose in the other, making it much more manageable. As for this hose, It's build quality seems good/very good. The plastic might be a bit more brittle than the dyson's, but I don't think it will be anything to worry about long term. There is 1 very minor issue that might trip up some people..... The catch on the hose has to be pressed when inserting the hose into the dyson. If you don't, it prevents the hose from being connected. The original dyson attachments will just slide-in and catch without pressing the button. Again, this isn't a huge deal at all, but it might make you think it doesn't fit the very first time you try it [see the video I posted]. Overall, I really like this hose so far and feel it's a great addition to my dyson v10!!!!
