Great quality
I have a gene mutation that causes me to only be able to take methylated folic acid. After taking for one month my labs looked anmazing. Ordered this 3 times I think and this is the first time this has happened. One busted in the bottle.

Tried this and another brand, and can't tell the difference from not taking them. Folic acid is supposed to be good for your brains, so if you doc doesn't disagree, why not? Can't remember this supplement and not complaining it either.
