Perfect for Light, Simple Resistance Exercises
These are great, simple resistance bands. I bought them after an ankle injury and needed to start strengthening exercises. (Your doctor or PT can recommend best exercises to try) They are labeled so you know what level of resistance each one offers. A good, inexpensive tool to have to rehabilitate from an injury or for light strength-building.

Dopo un trauma al gomito, ho usato le bande elastiche per la riabilitazione.Volendo continuare a rinforzare le braccia e i legamenti, senza usare pesi, ho scelto di acquistare queste bande elastiche.Questo prodotto è un ottimo compromesso tra costo e qualità, fornendo 4 bande di elasticità diversa, in modo da adattarsi a tutti gli allenamenti; la lunghezzza di 2 m le rende molto versatili.Non hanno il tipico odore di gomma che si può riscontrare in altri prodotti di materiale simile, il che non guasta.Consiglio questo prodotto.
