I have been using the Qubo DashCam Pro 4K Dual Channel dash camera for the last 2 months. This is an outstanding product. The 4K UHD front camera with 140 degree view covers the entire dashboard from let to right with high clarity even on night drives. During day driving, there may be a bit of a glare from the dashboard reflecting off your windscreen that can be minimised by adjusting the mounting angle. It is mounted just behind my IRVM, and does not obstruct my vision. The FHD rear camera also captures vivid images, and is in the mirror image like what you see in your rear view mirror. The QuboPro app is very easy to use and enables all settings of the dash cam. It captures emergency events based on the sensitiveness setting. High sensitivity will capture events when you go over a speed breaker fast. You may better keep it at medium sensitivity or lower. I have recently purchased the hardwire kit separately for this (remember that this needs a mini-USB charging port) and have enabled parking sensor. One thing missing in the manual is that the dash cam announces that it is entering parking mode when the wiring is done correct and car is parked. The only issues I had with this so far is that the front camera is mounted using a suction cup which may become loose when the car is parked in the sun for a while, and if you are driving long on a hot day with the sun falling directly on the camera, it may become hot and shutdown with an announcement. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Instead, it has been a complete nightmare. Not only is the hardware dangerously defective, but the customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. I strongly advise against buying this product. Here is exactly what you can expect if you buy this dashcam: * **Fails When You Actually Need It:** The dashcam continuously overheats and automatically shuts down. During a recent highway trip, I witnessed an emergency situation on the road. When I went to pull the video, I discovered the dashcam had randomly stopped recording. It skips massive, critical chunks of time. A safety device that turns itself off is entirely useless. * **Damaged My Vehicle's Electrical System:** Because my car does not have a factory cigarette lighter port, I used the hardwire kit. This caused severe electrical issues, completely draining my car battery and causing the relay pins to fuse out. * **Endless, Useless Troubleshooting:** The Qubo app clearly shows my device software is up to date, but their support team constantly claims it is outdated. They will keep you in an endless loop of formatting your SD card, uninstalling the app, and factory resetting the device, none of which actually fixes the overheating issue. * **Shockingly Unprofessional Support:** I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with customer support. Instead of honoring their warranty or offering a replacement, the agent actually advised me to take my car to a "local technician" to tamper with my vehicle's factory wiring just to install a cigarette lighter port—something that would instantly void my car's warranty. * **Refusal of Service:** When I asked to drop the device off at a physical service center, the agent made up excuses, falsely claiming my geographical area was "unserviceable." They also completely refused to jump on a quick video call to visually diagnose the hardware glitch. If you value your safety, your money, and your vehicle's electrical system, look elsewhere. This product is fundamentally flawed, and the company completely refuses to stand behind its warranty. Save yourself the headache.

This product seems to be quite good, and I haven't experienced any issues with it so far.

I've been using the Qubo Car Dash Camera for over three months now, and overall, it's a fantastic product. The video quality is outstanding, making it perfect for capturing moments on the road. I even use the recorded videos to create content for my social media films. As a Jimny user, I find the rear camera extremely useful—it gives me a clear view of the back, especially when my luggage blocks the rear mirror. It has significantly improved visibility and safety while driving. Additionally, the app interface is smooth and user-friendly, ensuring seamless access to videos. However, I do have a couple of recommendations for improvement: 1) The dashcam only works when CarPlay is disconnected, and video retrieval is limited to when I'm inside the car. 2) At this price point, cloud connectivity and GPS tracking would have been valuable additions to enhance accessibility and usability. Despite these limitations, the overall performance is impressive, and it serves its purpose well. With a few added features, this could be the ultimate dashcam solution!

Really good product. Service the purpose and more. A lot of features that makes this value for Money. My main requirements were clarity if the feed and the night vision. Both are very good. The only problem I see (this is not with the product but to do with the software on the car) is it constantly conflicts with the cars CarPlay. But this is only if you want to see the feed on the phone. But absolutely brilliant product.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This is by far the worst product I have purchased on Amazon. The dash cam stopped working after just 15 months, and Qubo's after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Even after I explained the issue in detail and shared photos/videos as proof, they insisted on charging for a technician visit. Their response time was also very slow, making the entire experience frustrating. The product itself has several issues: - It heats up frequently during normal use. - It occasionally keeps turning on and off by itself. - There have been multiple instances where the camera appeared to be recording, but it was only showing the live view and was not actually saving any footage until the device was restarted. This completely defeats the purpose of having a dash cam. - It does not include a hardwiring kit. The supplied cable is not sufficient if you want a permanent installation, and you need to purchase additional accessories, including a compatible 16V car charger/adapter. I deeply regret purchasing this product. A dash cam is meant to provide reliable evidence when you need it most, but this device simply cannot be trusted. Based on both the product quality and the poor customer support, I would never recommend this product or the brand.

The installation process was very smooth and faster , it was done by mr faiyaz. Started the product using now, So far so good untill now, must buy product for every vehicle

Camera is good . Installation was not clean. Now camera keeps falling off from windshield very now and then and I am searching for new adhesives and new tapes to stick camera.
