I want to order 2 sets of curtains but don't understand the measurements. Are each panel 66 x 54 or is 66 x 54 the overall window size?

Hi Emma, 66" is the width for 1 panel, 54" is the length of the curtain. So the total width of the curtains is 132"(335cm), which will be suitable for the window size from 65"-88"(we recommend the total width of the curtains should be 1.5-2 times of the window for more beautiful drapes.)

would like tiebacks is this possible?

Hello, We are sorry that the package do not include tiebacks. Thanks.

Hey, Can I use a hemming web and an iron to shorten these curtains? Thanks!

I didn't have to shorten mine but I don't see why not if you iron on the back side

The window where these could go gets hot sunshine most of the day when it is out. Are these curtains flammable?

This is not a flame-retardant curtain, but it is not flammable under normal light.
