Very well made. Rubber tires and casters that make it fun and easy for a toddler to ride and steer. Our 9 month old grandson was just a tad too short to ride on it at first, so he would stand, take a hold of the handle and push it backward. He would also gladly sit on it and be pushed around by his grandpa. Our other 7 year grandson had a blast riding on it. Great purchase!!
