Product can in on time and wrapper up in a cylinder tub that kept them from getting wrinkled. I purchased 3 11 by 14 frames (which are a little small but made it work) for the canvas art and they turn out beautifully.

Poor quality
Image was nice and canvas was thick, but quality was lacking. The black cut marks were visible, and there was a very obvious dirt smudge/blemish when I unrolled them. Immediately returned

They're nice
The measurements said 16 x 12 x 3 at the top and it said thick canvas so I assumed they were a bit thicker than what they were. It's not a canvas. It's like a thin sheet of canvas like material, as thick as strong paper, definitely not 3 inches thick. It's a bit pricey for what it is. They're cute though.
