NARWAL Robot Vacuum and Mop Specially Formulated Floor Cleaner (Model Freo | Freo X Ultra)

This is the best robot vacuum/mop we have had. The one issue we have is the mapping of our first floor. It did a good job the first round. After a reset d the mapping hasn't been as good as the first time. I like all the options that I can use to increase or decrease the vacuuming and the mopping. The good thing out is the mapping, our kitchen is mapped perfectly. We have the cleanest kitchen floor around. This is the third robot and we have gotten better results with each new one. The mapping "issue" is an being new walls I highly recommend paying a bit more for this above entry level machines.

I was in the fence about this robot and after severals months decided to buy and I wish I would have bought sooner absolutely love this thing ! Easy to set up and does a great job cleaning !!!

We love this stuff. It cleans well and has a pleasant but very light smell. I am very sensitive to odors and it doesnt bother me, which I was worried about. We regularly get compliments about how clean our floors are with 3 long haired people, a young child, and a dog.

The shipping and handling was great, the only thing is I wish narwhal would take out more options for floor cleaners, has to be used with this specific cleaner. Wish it had stronger scents and more options. Doesn’t really smell like anything but some people might like that. Clean okay, the water comes out dirty so it’s doing its job.

This costs more than you think it should, but it lasts a LONG TIME so it's not as bad as it seems. I mop about 600 square feet a day and one bottle lasts me about 5 months. Not bad

Excellent cleaning product keep my house and tiles really clean and smelling great.

We tried different solution because it was cheaper and we wanted a clean smell (there is no scent with this) but it did not do as well. We went back to this. I don’t know what they do, but it the perfect amount of solution. My floors are so clean. No residue left behind I will sacrifice no scent for clean floors. We did get the wrong bottle for our machine but we figured out how to open it and put it into the container that came with our Narwal

It lasted for long. The last bottle lasted a year and a half for our family. Yesterday I just changed to a new bottle, we only do mopping once a week so we don’t use a lot.

Yes, it's a little pricey for a bottle of this solution, but it goes a long way, keeps the floor very clean and smells great. Honestly, paying a little extra for a quality product is worth it.

Expensive but lasts and good smell

Best for any robot vacuum! Best on the market. Has pipe cleaner in the solution. They also make the 1L bottle same product except the smell is very faint. Had to return 1bityle the spring jammed.

Genuine product, pleasant smell. Cheaper than buying directly from the Narwal website.
