*UPDATE * customer service rep. reached out and offered me several options in order to make things right. I was extremely appreciative of the great customer service and went with receiving a new bundle as they believed I had received a possible bad batch. So far I believe that might of been the case because the glue on this batch is much better than before.Purchased this bundle along with my cricut. I was happy to have everything needed to get started, until I created my first project. The mat isn't as sticky, the vinyl is thin and started to peel off during the cutting and jammed (a lot had to do with the mat not holding the vinyl and the cricut cutting too hard), after trying to stick the vinyl with pressure on the mat and changing the settings on the cricut it worked great, I then started weeding and struggled when my letters started to come off, after re-arranging my text and transferring to the transfer sheet I noticed it wasn't as sticky so it requires a lot of pressure to get things to stay put, then the transferring was difficult because it requires a lot of pressure as well to stick the letters and get them to stay without moving as you are trying to stick the rest of the work, and finally after transferring and waiting 48 hours for the work to cure the text on my tumbler began to peel off.In conclusion the product is great for a complete begginer trying to figure things out and being able to make mistakes without wasting expensive products. I thought the product was great until I purchased other brands and realized the tackiness of the mat matters, the quality of the vinyl has to be slightly thicker and stickier, and the final work should be complely cured within 24 hrs without worrying about my work washing off.

Mats are ok, but the vinyl won't cut properly, and then it sticks to the light grip mat and tears completely. What a waste. It is not an issue with the blade, since it has been used less than five times. It is like nothing I have seen before, and I have own many Cricut since the first one came out. It ends up not being a value pack at all. I will probably buy mats elsewhere and return the package.
