They do get a little warm but they are good lights. The fact that you can also change the color to change the mood and setting is a big plus.

I had purchased a set of three small LED lights before I bought this one. The other three were OK but just not bright enough. So I bought this set from Neewer due to the fact that everything I bought from them in the past works very well. these lights are no different. Multicolor, Manny software modes about twice as bright as my other lights, but could still be brighter. I’m still having to set my ISO at about 500 to get the proper exposures. I would’ve given this a five star if it had been a little bit brighter and the downloaded software worked. I could not get these lights to connect with their app. So I still have to go to the lights to make any adjustments.Neewer, please fix your app so that I could use your lights more freely.

These lights are amazing! I got them and 2 RGB1 lights and together, they're great! The app lets you link all of them together and create different scenes and you can sync them up or have each one do it's own thing. I also bought the honeycomb soft box for them and it was great for what I needed!

These are exactly what I need for filming and the price is right! I just wish these RGB capable lights were around before I purchased my other brands.

It has good color and the kit would work well for portraiture and a small streaming setup for one or two people. It's packaged well enough for on the go. I can't vouch for the stands, but they seemed about the same as any other inexpensive stand. Tested these for a small stage space. The main negative for me being that the Beam is 45 degrees and there is barely any field outside of that. So if you're working in a tight focus or small space the power and coverage will be fine. Unfortunately for me, I'll have to try the next sizes up.

Just what I needed for my over head rig. Way brighter than I need which is great. Solid construction, great build quality. Tons of features. If you’re trying to decide between the which newer led panels you should get in comparison to one another this is the set. Just wish they would have come with softboxes.

The overall quality, features and controls and the look and feel of these LED panels is much nicer and higher quality than the standard cheap LED panels you find on Amazon and the price is reflective of this. The kit includes the two RGB LED panels, light stands, safety cables, power adapters & cords, instruction manuals and a sturdy carry bag to keep everything together. The LED panels are multicolour LEDs (800 LEDs) which provide 60W maximum power and 6400lux/m 23000lux/0.5m illuminance for a very bright light output. They also offer precise infinite output level adjustment, 4 dimming curves and both CRI 96+ and TLCI 97+ to provide true color reproduction from 2500 K to10000 K temperatures. They also provide 6 lighting modes including CCT, HSI, RGBCW, GEL, XY, and FX. The FX Mode features 18 scene effects to recreate various effects such as lightning, candle, flickering bulb and more. With 800 premium LEDs and 60W maximum power, these lights deliver stunning brightness and faithful color reproduction, enhancing the quality of my work. The six lighting modes, including CCT, HSI, and FX mode, provide versatile light adjustment options, allowing me to experiment with different creative effects. I found the FX mode is particularly useful for me to quickly leverage the preset color schemes for prompt switch over, and when I need a color fine-tune, other lighting modes come handy as well. This kit comes with two NEEWER PL60C Full Color RGB Video Light that give 60W of light. I was not prepared for how big this kit is. Each light is 9” tall, 12” wide and 3” deep and weights 2.5 Kg (5.5 lb) and tripods and a bag to carry the whole kit and yes… it is a big professional video light kit. The whole set comes in sizable box (approx. 33”x17”x8.5”). Yes, I felt like it was Christmas, and getting to try out all of the settings was really a joy. This is a serious kit that offers a lot of functionalities and options for creative video. Color, intensity or special effects, each can be easily dialed in for each light manually or via the app. The lights are very quiet and in lower light intensity you can run them for hours and they stay cool to the point that the fan doesn’t come on. I am very impressed by this light kit and the robust build looks like it will serve me well for a long time.
