Best mop hands down!
Have you ever dreamed of being a Jedi, wielding a mop instead of a lightsaber, fighting off the dark forces of grime on your laminate and hardwood floors? Well, Rubbermaid's Reveal Spray Microfiber Floor Cleaning Kit makes that dream a reality! Upon unboxing this bad boy, I felt a surge of cleaning power as if I was holding Excalibur. The assembly was as easy as pie – even easier than pie, actually, more like making a sandwich. *Click*, *snap*, and ta-da! I was armed and ready to vanquish dust and stains. The reusable washable pads are the unsung heroes of this mop saga. They're like loyal sidekicks that never let you down. Pop one on, fill the spray bottle with your preferred cleaning solution (mine was a homemade concoction that smelled suspiciously like lemons), and you're on your way to a cleaner kingdom. The spray action is where the magic happens. A gentle squeeze of the trigger releases just the right amount of cleaning solution, not too much to flood the kingdom, nor too little to leave spots untouched. The microfiber pad eagerly absorbs the mess like a thirsty sponge in a desert. Now, let's talk about the maneuverability. This mop glides across the floor with the grace of a figure skater. I even threw in a few spins and twirls – okay, maybe I got carried away, but it was fun! The handle is comfortable and sturdy, unlike some flimsy mops that feel like they might snap mid-battle. But wait, there's more! It's not just a mop; it's a multitasking warrior. Want to reach under furniture? Simply bend it like Beckham, and this mop gets low without breaking a sweat. It's a limbo champion in the cleaning world! However, every hero has its kryptonite. The refillable bottle sometimes decides it's fun to play hide-and-seek with the trigger, making me wish for a GPS tracker. Also, I had to channel my inner Houdini to remove the pad for washing – a bit more effort than anticipated. In conclusion, Rubbermaid's Spray Mop is a force to be reckoned with in the battle against grime and dirt. It's a cleaning sidekick that turns mundane chores into an epic quest. So, if you're looking to turn cleaning into a heroic adventure, grab this mop and unleash your inner Jedi – just watch out for the refillable bottle's vanishing act!

So worth it
I think this is a better value for the money than a lot of other spray mops that are out there. It has a much wider head to floor ratio. Additionally it does have a built-in scrubber section. The mop heads are extremely easy to wash and they don't shrink or deform themselves like I have seen other mopeds do. Additionally there are so many companies that offer additional replacement mop heads so you can essentially stock up on them if you want to get something other than the type of mop heads that come with the mop. I have even found some that are the fuzzy dry mop type for doing the floor before you actually do a wet mop. As far as the wet mopping goes it's a gem! I can use pretty much any type of cleaner in the mop sprayer and then dilute it with water as directed. It has been able to keep up with multiple children multiple adults and multiple animals in my household. It hasn't been able clear out everything from spills to accidents. I also like the fact that I don't have to use batteries as it's just a trigger fed spray. I would highly recommend it. I have not had any leaks with it. My floors do not have any streaks nor have they been scratched using this product. It doesn't have a strong plasticky smell. It does have an initial like rubbermaid smell to it but as soon as you use it with a cleaner it goes away immediately. I've also found this incredibly fast way to keep up with my household and cleaning my floors.

I hate mopping... but I love my MOP!
I hate mopping. When it comes to house duties, I will happily sweep and vacuum and dust, but don't you dare make me use that grubby, gross mop and bucket. Whether its a squeeze sponge mop or an old-timey string mop, I hate them all the same. The swiffer thing just pushes dirt around and I'm not a fan of all the unnecessary disposable waste. Mopping SUCKS! So my girlfriend tells me "we sweep and mop every night after the kids go to bed" and I'm like "who has the time for THAT?!" It's such a process. You gotta fill the bucket, rinse the mop, deal with soaking wet floors for like 30 minutes. Ew. She texts me the link to this mop. I'm like "ok, I like the way it looks, I love the reusable pads. I can just toss those in the wash, and I love that I can use my own cleaning detergents. Hardwood floors, tile, no matter, it's dealer's choice". So I get this mop and all it's fancy washable pads and I'm excited! Did I mention I hate mopping? Since you're mopping with what you spritz (and you're filling the bottle with hot water), the detergent goes on thin and dries pretty quickly. No dried footprints to worry about! No avoiding a room for god knows how long, waiting for it to dry. I like that :) I love that I can spritz a little detergent on the floor, mop-mop-mop and boom! Room is clean. The sprayer is on the handle, so how you angle it determines where the spray goes. There's a scrubby pad on the head for tough spots, which works well enough, but really, my big thing is the removable, washable pad. It's attached with velcro to the head. It's not necessary, but I would pop the pad off, rinse it between rooms, squeeze it out, and then mop the next room. That way I wasn't carrying any heavy grime from room to room. One thing I never would of thought of is clearance. No, not the sale, though I do love those, too. The head is wide and thin, so I can fit this under furniture and built-ins without having to pull anything away from the wall. I gotta admit, I vacuum a lot, but this thing found an impressive fur-ball in the skinny space under my desk. The mop pivots really well, is light, easy to handle and substantial. I don't feel like I'm going to break it (which I immediately did with the Libman spongy mop I bought a year ago). This mop will be my mop forever. I LOVE THIS THING! And I'm warming up to mopping. I wouldn't say I love it just yet. ;)

Best Spray Mop I've Used (After One Upgrade)
I’ll start by saying that I really don’t like cleaning. I look for any ways to cut down on the amount of time it takes, so a spray mop is a must-have. The problem is spray mops are notorious for breaking but so far the reveal mop’s been solid as they come. Here’s my breakdown of the mop based on my experience with it so far. Overall Build Quality - Although the mop is mostly plastic (except the pole), it still feels like high quality. It’s lightweight with no setup required and the pivoting head makes it easy to reach anywhere. Sprayer/Bottle - The spray has some serious range! If you have the handle tilted back it will spray about 6 feet ahead. The spraying range can be decreased simply by tilting the handle into a more vertical position. The bottle also seems to work very well. I haven’t noticed any leaking when removing/reinstalling it and it’s easy to refill. Pads - Now the pads are the one aspect of this mop I think could be improved. After all, the pads are the part of the mop that’s picking up all the dirt. The Rubbermaid pads are not terrible, pretty much your standard microfiber mop pad. But they’re a bit on the thin side and I can tell they aren’t going to hold their form very well after washing - they were already a bit wrinkly when they were fresh out of the box. The small scrubber pad is a nice touch but I’m hesitant to use it on my wood floors since it’s fairly abrasive. That said the pads are the easiest part of the mop to fix. I saw some other reviews that mentioned different pads called turbo pads ( these ones ) so I grabbed a pack of those as well. These are noticeably thicker (see pictures) and appear to use two types of fabric. I’ve only used them a couple times so far but they pick up dirt and cat hair really well. Basically fixing the main issue I had with the mop. So overall I’m very happy with this mop. Don’t get me wrong, I still don’t like cleaning, but the reveal mop makes it a bit better - even my cat approves.

Miracle of simplicity & engineering
2 MONTHS LATER: best mop ever! Great for my 1906 redwood floors, and for my very worn laminate (something plastic?) kitchen & bath floors. It's light, it works smoothly, the trigger doesn't wear out my thumb. From a lifelong loathing of anything to do with cleaning floors, to mopping as a light workout! Not only super easy to use, it really gets the floor clean. My kitchen floor got seriously filthy (needed to be mopped 3 times - any mop wd have needed a lot of time / water / whatever). At the end it was CLEAN. 3x w Reveal mop was immensely less taxing & much more convenient than a squeeze mop and 3 changes of water. If I'd used my Swiffer Wetjet, I would've gone through 3-5 pads & left a lot of dirt behind. Cleaning the bathroom floor took about a minute. I can't say enough...a real 5 star product. Now I've ordered the dust mop cover, so I can clean more often without the hassle of vacuuming. If you want a mop for a medium size home (1800'²), get this. UPDATE: This really is the perfect mop. I've started cleaning the floor *just because it's dirty*. Like a Swiffer but works better, no wasteful & expensive pads, use any cleaning product you like. Amazing! Just got it. I HATE cleaning floors, especially mopping. On first use, this is a miracle mop. A tiny bit easier than using a wet Swiffer: the microfiber pad goes on easier and *stay* on; no need to change the pad while mopping my ungodly dirty kitchen floor (about 12' × 20' room). Dirty as in, probably not mopped for six months, while two people used the kitchen and went out the back door to take out trash & deal with containerized succelents (i.e. gardening lite). My one concern was that the unpowered spray trigger would wear out my poor weak hand. Not so. It's got a long lever arm & it's perfectly comfortable. All the other great features also work smoothly. I still don't like mopping, but this is probably as easy as it gets. I'll return to update this review when I've put some mileage on my new mop. Racy red trim is cool!

Five stars!
This was a total impulse buy and I'm so happy about it. I have been using it on my linoleum kitchen floor and the tile floor in the bathroom. Haven't tried it on the hardwood floors yet, but I'll update if I encounter any problems. For now, I find there's so much to like about this spray mop. First of all, I love that I don't have to purchase batteries or refills. Right there I feel it is worth the initial price of the kit. Batteries always have a way of running out on me at the worst possible time, lol. Secondly, you can use whichever cleaning solution you like or even mix your own. I LOVE this feature! I have cats, so I won't use any harsh chemical cleaners on my floors. I have been using this mop with a very weak mixture of hot water and Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap and I think it does a great job. Others here have recommended a vinegar and water solution, which I am planning to try, perhaps with a couple of drops of essential oil as one reviewer suggested. Third, I feel really good about the washable pads. One less disposable item for the landfills. Somebody commented on the fact that you have to use soap and water to wash them, so it's not really eco-friendly, but I'm not running an extra cycle just for these pads. I keep floor mats in the kitchen and bathrooms, so I'll throw these pads in with them when I do a load. I do feel that I am creating less waste with this product. I don't know how long each pad will last, but they are not too expensive to replace, so there's that. Also note that if you want to rinse the cleaning solution off the floor, you have an extra bottle that you can switch out with just water and they give you extra pads, so you can switch that out too. Lastly, I'm thrilled that I don't have to deal with wringing and rinsing and schlepping buckets of water. As a wise woman once said, "ain't nobody got time for that". This system is working so well for me. I honestly can't find anything to criticize about it. My husband commented that it was the first time he ever saw me smiling while mopping the floor, lol.

Easy to use and no refills to buy!
Let me preface this by saying I already own the Rubbermaid commercial dust mop that comes with a dust mop and also microfiber for wet cleaning. I love those. Got this yesterday and have used it twice. I like that the bottle is refillable and the pad picks up everything. I have wood floors and don't like using any cleaners on them as I feel it builds up. Since it's just myself and my husband and we don't wear shoes in the house the floors don't get particularly dirty...just dusty and this with the dust mop is all I need. This is easy to use (make sure you get the pad damp before using), no more buying filler bottles for the other brand. Also like that the pad is large and covers a bigger area. I saw this cheaper but wasn't a name brand and I've found that sometimes they are made cheaply. Rubbermaid makes a great product and I put this spray mop up there for their other products. As an FYI we're babysitting a 150 lb mastiff for a few days and he sheds like crazy and drools and this picked up the hair and took the drool spots off the floor and I just rinsed the pad out and put it back on. Found this to be much easier than lugging the vacuum out for pet hair but the dog does go back in a few days. He's bigger than I am!

Best mop I've ever used
First off, I HATE to sweep and mop floors. This mop was highly praised in a blog post, so I decided to try it in hopes of being inspired. The blog post was right--I love this tool. The pad is large so it covers a large area of floor with each swipe and it's easy to attach and pull off the pad to throw in the washer. The pad has texture and does a good job of scrubbing areas where my vinyl planks have dirt stains. I fill the plastic container with my own cleaning solution, and one bottle lasts through several cleaning sessions. Between sessions I just pull out the bottle and store it upright. The mop frame itself has a nice swivel so you can easily push it into low-clearance areas. The spray is easy to dispense with the trigger and there are no batteries, so there's really no maintenance except to wash the pad. I do vacuum before I mop so I'm not dealing with too much surface debris. But honestly, in five minutes I can grab the mop, attach the pad, plug in the bottle, and mop the entire kitchen and main traffic areas in the living room. This mop would NOT be good for some laminate flooring I've had that curls up its edges at the slightest hint of moisture--but on vinyl plank flooring it rules!

The best mop available
Without question this mop is the best that there is. Unlike other mops where the spray mechanism breaks easily or operates inconsistently, these mops work for years. We are only buying a new one because we shifted countries. The other important fact is that the mopping surface is always level and covers the full area of the pad, unlike other mops which can lift at the edges. The pads are durable and work well. The entire product is well constructed. The only disappointment was not related to the mop itself but to the shipping company used by Amazon to send the product to Spain. Two shipments were lost, and the company used has a bad reputation which does not reflect well on Amazon. Of course this experience probably won’t apply in Germany or other EU states.

Best product ever! I wish I had known about this sooner!
I can't believe how well this product works to clean my hardwood floors. It uses very little water yet the floors are squeaky clean! Very sturdy and well made. Very light as well, the stick is aluminium and not plastic. I bought the kit with 3 pads and 2 bottles, I feel like this will last me at least 10 years if not a lifetime. It makes cleaning my appartment really easy. It works great on corners and picks up everything. It's also amazing on ceramic floors and it leaves no streaks at all. It takes me about 15m to do the floors in my 1100sqft apartment. I love this and will not use anything else for the rest of my life. Much better than Vileda UltraMax which uses to much water for hardwood floors and needs to be wrung constantly. Love love love this!
