I have a 2025 Road Glide and these work fine.
These do not have fitment issues in my saddlebags. Yea, it’s a little tight so the Velcro wasn’t necessary. Material seems reasonable so I’d recommend these and I have no explanation why some bikes for the 24-25 touring have fitment issues.

Super convenient and keeps things from rattling around while keeping things organized. Definitely worth having.

For that price they are a good buy. Fitment was perfect. Lots of space. The only downside is the material is not super high quality, and the zippers feel cheap, but for that price point that is to be expected. I don’t expect them to last forever but if you are looking for an inexpensive way to add organization to your bags it’s worth it.
