Most Common Grommet Used in Hydroponics Setups
Great product! This is the most common of the grommets you will find used in hydroponics setups and for DIY. They are well made, good quality, you really can't go wrong! Don't forget the pool and spa lube for O-rings, gaskets, valves, etc. It's a clear white gel and will make these last MUCH longer and most importantly, will keep them from leaking at the most inopportune time, while in the middle of doing their job. Thick sturdy seal
I have used multiple different gaskets in my hydroponics and these are the thickest. It makes for a very secure fit. I used it with 1/2 inch tubing

Perfect companion to the Hydrofarm AAEL50 1/2" Elbow Connector
I bought these with Hydrofarm AAEL50 Active Aqua (10 Pack), 1/2" Elbow Connector, 1/2-Inch, Black, based on reviews and comments for other buyers. The grommet and the elbow complemented each other for a perfect fit. I used them to make self-watering 5-gallon bucket planters. The grommet seated perfectly in 3/4" drilled-out hole. The elbow just slipped right in. The rubber material was smooth and elastic, not rough and cracked as happened to old rubber.

Great leak proof seal for simple hydroponic set up.
It's so easy using this product. Drill the proper size hole and insert it in and seat it right and presto, a leak proof seal for using barbed connectors.

Item was exactly what I wanted unfortunately I bought them too small. But the material is thick and sturdy. Will be buying bigger size with same manufacturer.

quality and value
great quality grommets - actually look to be better quality than pictured. just what i needed for my dwc project! great value also - these would cost me $1 a piece at the local hydro store. would recommend for any hydro build!

Fantastic. simple and works
I wish i had just bought these on the first time around rather than trying to save a few dollars on cheaper types. Good workmanship, fits a 3/4 inch hole perfectly, .5 inch elbow bits with no leak. since i got this package ive made 6 drains and all of them fit nicely with no issues. When i finish the packet and have another round of drains to make ill purchase this again.
