Great Sturdy Inner Magnet New Pump NPET Feature
I received the newer pump version, it has a very sturdy inner magnet spinner that keeps the pump going. It’s easy to take apart and clean all part of the pump. It fits sideways in a traditional NPET water tank. It has a moderate flow of water and completely silent! The power is medium, not as strong as I thought it would be - but that may be my USB brick watt strength, not the unit itself. It has a small sponge that keeps any hair and debris from clogging the pump on top of the filter that goes in the NPET water catch.

This pump is my 3rd one only because it’s used day in and day out for my cats water dish. It’s a good motor. I’ve tried 2 others that did hold up well.

regarding new pump cover
i posted a question about cleaning pump cover and all answers, it seems, talk about different model. in the photos you can see that construction of the pump cover i received is now different and looks like you are unable to disassemble it more for proper cleaning. toothbrushes and any other small cleaning devices i used for previous pump and cover can't get inside of this one. this pump cover construction is bad if you want to make sure it really clean
